Virtual 1-1 or Small Group Personal Training: A Real Trainer Is With You Every Step of the Way. You will be led through fun and carefully thought-out workouts designed to keep you healthy and injury free. You'll have a blast working with your real-live personal trainer on the other end of the video call.

Out Run Your Fork in Westfield, NJ is awesome. We have been going for about 5 weeks now and look forward to it every time. All of the personal trainers are friendly, motivating and fun. The workouts are challenging and engaging, but tailored to individual needs. With every interaction, it is obvious that Tony, Melissa and Ray are all great people who genuinely care about every member's physical and mental health. The nutritionist element is an added bonus that thoughtfully matches what, how and when you eat to your personal goals and needs. I would highly recommend Out Run Your Fork to anyone.

So, so happy I joined the Out Run Your Fork team! I hesitated at first because it had been so long since I exercised regularly, but grateful I got over that. The team is made of an amazing group of Personal Trainers and nutritionists in Westfield, NJ. Every time I go to exercise or have a nutrition consult, I feel happier and healthier-- which says a lot about a gym experience. The owners are amazing. I do group training virtually with Melissa and she keeps me laughing throughout, the time flies by. My clothes are fitting better and I can definitely see results. I highly recommend this group of wonderful people!!

While on a steadfast hunt for a personal trainer and nutritionist in Westfield, NJ, I stumbled upon this amazing gem! (no pun)
What they offer:

My wife and I have been going to Out Run Your Fork for 6 months now. My wife had back surgery and I had a recent back injury that I was recovering from. We both felt weak. We tried Chiropractic care, Physical Therapy and even Acupuncture but it just wasn’t enough. 6 months later, thanks to Melissa, we both feel fit and strong. She pushes us but knows our limits. She keeps mixing it up so we are always challenged. Most importantly she has a great sense of humor and patience. We looks forward to our sessions every week and appreciate our new family!!!

Joining this gym is the est decision I could have made for myself. I am 51 years old and was having the hardest time finding a gym that could serve my needs. I needed small group classes or personal training because I don't know what I'm doing and need helping. The trainers here are the perfect mix of tough love (to get the job done) and education to make sure you don't injure yourself. They are knowledgeable and good at what they do. Having a nutritionist there has also been invaluable. This place is top notch and I don't hate going which is huge! I highly recommend outrun your fork!

My husband and I were looking to join a gym that was more personalized and geared towards our different needs. I wanted to get stronger physically, work on my weak core and he was looking for a regiment that would make him more active and help with his shoulder pain.
