There was a time when our investors would come to us, develop a relationship, and purchase all of their investment properties with us in one market. This strategy made sense then because regardless of the area, real estate prices were at the bottom. As the housing recovery evolved and prices gradually rose, investors became more strategic with their acquisitions by spreading their portfolios across several markets.
It is easy for us to be pro-Memphis as we live here and are actively invested, and we have a diverse group of investors from around the world that shares our opinions. We currently manage homes for investors from eight countries and from all across the continental United States and Hawaii. Simply put, Memphis is on the map as a cash flow market.
While several factors must come together for a property to provide consistent cash flow, none is more important than the renovation, which sets up the property for long-term success. The renovation is the most important part of our process to accomplish our Mission Statement of providing sustainable cash flow.

Communication was my biggest request up front and every team member delivered. I was given constant updates and the portal they use makes it simple to see an overview of the process and communicate directly with the team. The end product was exactly as described and they corrected everything that would be an issue with the property long term. The same team does not handle property management, but in the two weeks since closing the process has been seamless.

Memphis Turnkey Properties is an excellent turnkey provider. They are very engaging and helpful. It is easy to see their process has been honed over many transactions and they are very easy to work with and keep the communication going all the time. I also think they provide the best value in turnkey properties I have found, and I have looked at a lot of providers!

The overall process was seamless! I live in California and bought the property in Little Rock. This was the first time I invested in turnkey real estate and was guided very well by Cori. She made sure I was aware of every step and communicated in very timely manner.
After me selecting the property, - repairs, insurance, funding and property management was all done by Turnkey Properties!
Being a first time investor I feel very secure investing with them and I look forward to invest in many more properties!
