Our Pleasanton psychiatry clinic office is convenient for people living in Walnut Creek, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, Dublin and Hayward. There is ample parking and the office is a little under a mile away from the Dublin / Pleasanton BART station. Dr. Vandana Aspen, PhD, a psychologist with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and in working with families and adolescents.
If you are looking for a San Francisco psychiatrist or other mental health professional, our Gough Street office in the Hayes Valley neighborhood is where most of our clinicians work and where our administrative offices are located. It is the main office. There is usually convenient parking on Gough Street or Fell Street nearby.
Our Los Altos office is conveniently located in Los Altos at the Loyola Professional Building on Fremont Ave. There is convenient parking on site and has two excellent coffee shops across the road. We are familiar with the unique challenges facing people working in a high pressure work environment, and we are confident that we can help you "live creatively" with moods.
Many times an outside look at a problem can be helpful to both a patient and a mental health provider. Here we talk a bit about that process. We do a fair amount of work consulting with attorneys about questions at the interface between medicine and the law.

Was a client for 2-3 years. Would not recommend to anyone besides very basic issues that can be helped with meds. The doctor did not comprehend trauma or early childhood complex issues even a little bit, They know a very old and outdated style of pathologizing/medicalizing mental health and they fundamentally never understood my issues or how to help me. They were dedicated to their work, but extremely expensive and yet not able to provide basic value in any meaningful capacity besides for providing many different kinds of very unhelpful medications and gathering data as if I was a calculator.
