Wonderful people to work with. I highly recommend their services. They took such good care of my Dad’s service and paid attention to every detail. Family member had life insurance and London Funeral Home knew this. They called insisting on $5,000 immediately and told us that the policy would not pay out so we better get $5,000 to them NOW. Rumors of them talking about my family got back to us as well. Very unprofessional. The life Ins did pay but I guess they didn't want to wait for the 30 day turn around on the check getting issued. someone needs to teach these people some empathy.
