This review is for LJ Hardesty with Peace Properties. I recently purchased a house in the Phoenix, AZ area, and LJ was my realtor. But she wasn't the first realtor I spoke with when I decided I wanted to buy a house. I had specific things in mind when looking for a house, most importantly the location. I wanted it to be one-story, with a pool, and to be within 15 minute drive from a sports club I belonged to. Very specific requirements. The first realtors I spoke with sent me house listings that included two-story homes, houses more than 30 minutes from my club, and well out of my price range.

I paid my rent 2 weeks in advance, bought 3 sets of new blinds and installed them myself because they would not and left the rental 500% better than I found it and they still sent me to collections for $200 for some fake attempt to keep my deposit. These are some of my 150 my move "IN" photos. As you can see, the patio rug was left by the previous tenant, the hvac filter was spilling over and there are holes in the walls and doors everywhere and the lightbulbs worked when I left. I did not even leave a paperclip behind. "Remove tenant items" LoL, I have photos you POS's. Take me to court. The judge

Kori and LJ are a dynamic duo. They managed our rental in Phoenix and did an amazing job until we sold it. I have had a bad experience with this company. I was a renter through this company for several years and when I vacated they charged me unwarranted. They never cared to sit down and explain the details. Charges were illicit. It is not at all aligned to the contract. I have to take this to fight it out as felt I am being cheated. Send them a written letter explaining the concern and waiting to hear in 10 days to take the next step. More to follow afterward.

This company is extremely unhelpful. Lisa "LJ" Hardesty is unprofessional. She refuses to get vendors/handymen out to fix property issues that were present prior to move-in. She likes to remind you that the property is a rental and you get what you pay for. It has been an ongoing battle since day one.This company is completely terrible. Please save yourself from an unhealthy disorderly property management.
