From the moment I called the office to speaking with Mansour I was put at ease. I was going through a big move from Ny to TN and had spoke with another state farm agent whom never called me back. I searched the web for another agent and stumbled across Mansour. Within 20 mins , if that, Mansour called me back and answered any questions I had and immediately transferd what I needed! I've bundled home, vehicles, business insurance, life insurance, etc. Naomi has gone above and beyond to helping me with my policies. I personally own a business that often requires different variations added to secure contracts and she has worked with new customers to get it right and help me secure business. We recently switched to Mansour Hasan's office from another insurance provider. Not only were his rates much better, the coverage we were able to get for the price was significantly better. Michelle in his office was fantastic to work with and she has consistently answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly.

I have been a client for going on 9 years now, and these guys have done right by me at every step. I do not say that lightly when discussing insurance companies. When I had a plumbing accident in my home, they stepped up and took care of me every step of the way. Most recently I added some more motorcycle coverage, and the representative (Gretchen) was exceedingly pleasant to deal with, and was very knowledgeable about all the details. We have used Mansour as our agent for many years and have always been treated in the most professional manner every single time. Recently had a claim for our son and Pat advised us on every step. Even followed up during the claim to make sure things were going ok for us. She was beyond helpful and accommodating to us and just a caring person.
