These times are feeling uncertain and isolating. The information overload can become too much at times and we aren't sure where to escape. The usual coping skills may not be available and it leaves us feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Now, more than ever, we need each other and it is difficult to feel the support through all of the distancing.
While we do it for the sake of our physical health, our mental health can suffer due to the restrictions. It can be difficult to understand the mix of emotions felt through this time and I encourage you to not feel like you have to do it alone. If you are someone that relates to any of the above feelings, let's talk about how I can best support you.

I know that finding a Therapist can be a difficult and daunting process. You wonder if you will connect with the therapist that you choose and it can be scary to know if they are truly trustworthy. But, the utmost important thing is that YOU feel comfortable. You are being vulnerable and you want to get the most out of this process.
I am out of network with all insurance companies. Many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits for counseling services and receive reimbursement from their insurance company. Full payment will be due at the time of service. I can provide you with a receipt of a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please include "Free 20" in the comment to let me know you are interested in scheduling your FREE phone consultation, and share with me a few times that you are available within the next few days. I will get back to you within 24 hours to finalize a time for our call! I look forward to chatting with you.
Do you feel hopeless somedays, that this will never get better? The pain will never go away for the Survivor in your life? They experience a wide range of emotions throughout the day and you are left not knowing how to help them. The Survivor is in so much pain and you want to just take it away, but no matter what you do, nothing helps.
That is okay! We will figure it out together. Sometimes life can feel so jumbled and it can be helpful to have someone outside of your family and friends to sort through it all. Typically, during the first session, we work together to determine where you are at in the moment and what you need. I do not have an agenda for your counseling sessions.
