Wait times are refreshed every 30 minutes. They represent the average estimated length of time from registration to seeing a "first provider" (a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant).

No stars! I am frustrated for my parents with Medicare. The billing department is not submitting the correct information after months of requests and promises. I am fluid in medical billing. With the ease of electronic access I can't fathom the stupidity of this department. Please don't erroneously pay unwarranted bills from this facility. They are preying on patients - Medicare patients - who may otherwise not understand...
