I have been working out with Kai over a year now and she is hands down amazing. Not only is she beyond professional and kind, she genuinely cares about your personal fitness journey. I met Kai when I was just about to get bored after doing 2 months of youtube home training.
I had no experience in training before, or knowledge about gym gears, workout machines, muscle gaining, diets , routines and more... I barely had some muscles to begin with, and lost more muscle after start working in the office everyday. My posture was getting bad, the joints hurt. Body needed more muscle.
My first trial class was tough but fun. I couldn't believe I did it because they were all 100% fresh and new workouts for the person like me. Kai walked me through how to do each sets step by

I started seeing Kai about six months ago when my body was so out of shape after having two back to back kids. My sister in law was looking great and recommended her so I thought why not. Six months the later and my body is completely transformed. I am long and lean where I want to be and curvy in the areas I want to be as well. Not only have I trimmed down and lost a good amount of weight, but I'm so much more athletic and able to keep up with other work outs I try which is a great feeling! Kai offers the best mix of challenge and support and truly becomes a mentor and friend along the way

Kai is amazing!! I've been working with her for the past few months and I can't believe the progress I've made so far. I was worried that I was too out of shape for weight training to work for me but Kai tailored my workouts so that they were doable but still challenging. I've been training with Irina for the last 5 months and feel happier and healthier than I have in a long time! I've had several other trainers in the past and by far, Irina has been the most supportive and motivating trainer. When I first started with Kai, I had no idea I would be where I'm at today! She's seriously awesome! She's there when you need her, answers all my questions and I know I can always count on her and ask her silly/dumb questions and not feel stupid for asking lol. It is with great pleasure I write this review for my personal trainer Kai. I started working with Kai when I was 8 months postpartum; she has been my personal trainer for a year and a half now. The expertise and guidance Kai provides through my strength and wellness training sessions (3 days a week) have been beyond amazing. Her consistent updates and redesigning of my sessions keeps me progressing consistently. The results have been amazing!
