My name is Janine, I was born and raised in Germany and lived there for 29 years. When I was living in Hamburg, I met my husband while he was on a work assignment. He swept me off of my feet and I packed all of my belongings and moved to sunny Southern California in 2009.
I couldn't be happier in Orange County because not only is the sun better than rainy Germany, but the climate allows me to exercise outside all year round. I used to work as an office manager but it just didn't feel right. Inside, I felt like I wasn't giving enough back to the community so I knew I needed to make a significant change in my career.

First, it's important that you express to me what your goals are to insure that I design your fitness program to support your long term vision. I use the OPT model for all of my clients since it is a proven, systematic model to optimize your overall physique and performance. There are three levels of training with specific phases that will be used to achieve your individual goals- Stabilization, Strength, and Power.

Wow! If you're looking for a personal trainer, look no further. Janine is amazing! Her workouts are fierce but also incredibly mindful and tailored to your current fitness level. I've never worked with a trainer who was more attune to her clients and had an innate ability to adjust a workout than Janine. The workouts are tough, challenging and super fun. And trust me, Janine does not let you slack. She pushes you so that you workout harder than you thought possible. But does so in a way that you can't hurt yourself.

Janine is an amazing trainer and person! I had a very difficult emergency c-section with my first baby, so Janine tailored sessions to work on my goal areas while helping me stay safe to avoid pain and injury. She has fantastic tips for staying on track with at home exercises and health tips while being a new mom. The hour always goes by so quickly and I look forward to training every week. She's the best motivator and the sessions are always unique and challenging, I definitely feel it the next day. Highly recommend Janine for getting fit and staying there, couldn't do it without her

Janine is the best! She always gives me an amazing workout and I feel my best after I have worked out with her. I have been seeing her for a few months now and she really understands women's bodies- post natal and prenatal. I started with her pre pregnancy and now that I'm pregnant again she has really shown her ability to help me in this phase of my life as well. I have been working out with her virtually now and it's been the same intensity and we haven't lost a beat. She's great. Highly recommend!

Squeezing me in with such short notice, Janine whipped me into shape!

Nope. After two weeks, I felt increased energy, my clothes fit better, and felt in control of my body!
30 days later, I went on a 2 week vacation, excited to come back and get back

Janine is an amazing trainer!! I went to her after I found out I had diastasis recti with my second child. She customized my sessions to meet my needs and to work off the extra baby weight! I was so impressed with the various workouts and intensity. I highly recommend anyone wanting to get in shape to work with Janine! She is such a positive person and so motivating!!

Janine is AMAZING. I went to her in April 2018 to be in better shape for my wedding which is in 25 days. At the time I have been away from the Gym for so long, I was 167lb and I hated how I looked in my dress. I wanted to look HOT. So she listened to my needs and provided dietary guidance and we have started with twice a week training. She has gradually built up my strength and she was supper flexible. I am still training with her and could not be happier with the progress I made within such shot period of time (Los about 15lb in about 2.5 months). SHE MADE ME LOVE THE GYM AGAIN.

I trained with Janine for about 6-8 months. I really enjoyed working out with her. Her routines were challenging enough and fun enough at the same time. I love the variation of routes she uses.
She makes sure the form is right. I saw results after working out with her. My legs and my abs definitly felt fit. My arms got good muscle definition as well.

Janine is an ultra-impressive human, who definitely inspires her clients (me, anyway!) to be the best versions of themselves. She is constantly coming up with new, different and creative exercises to maximize results. She doesn't hesitate to discuss nutrition and has offered interesting and insightful suggestions for changes to my diet. Plus she's just a pleasure to work with. Although I already had a fairly good level of fitness, she helped me to correct my technique and identified a rather significant lack of flexibility which was holding me back in achieving my desired results (foam rolling!).
Most importantly, her approach makes training with an expert of her caliber a lot of fun. I felt strong and enjoyed boot camp sessions - but boy, did I feel it the next day!

Best personal trainer I've ever had. She pushes and challenges you to be the best. Janine takes her time and learns about how your body works and tailors workouts to benefit you. She listens and does more than just train, she reviews your diet and checks in to see how progress is going often. This is not just a workout session it's a dedicated personal trainer that doesn't stop until you get the results you want and then trains you to keep those results. I started training with Janine over 1.5 years ago and I continue to be her loyal client. Yes, she is gorgeous (need not to ask) and very determined to help me achieve my goals. I got in touch with Janine through a friend since I was looking for a female personal trainer. We met and instantly clicked. She listened to my fitness goals and outlined a workout plan for me. I trained for about 3 months to get in shape for my upcoming wedding. I was scared that a trainer would be too mean during workouts but Janine pushed me the right amount without being mean!
