At Wee Care Child Development Center, our philosophy is to provide the best possible environment for the care and education of young children. In fact, our program was started out of a commitment to our own children and our inability to find a quality child care program for them.

Services
Wee Care Child Development Center is licensed by both the Pennsylvania Department of Education as a Private Academic School and the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare as a Child Care Center. We also participate in the Pennsylvania Keystone Stars program, a state-wide initiative to promote quality child care throughout Pennsylvania.
The setting for our program is a 100+ year old farm house and a new gym and school age building. Both buildings are situated on nearly one and a half landscaped acres. We offer two fenced-in playgrounds - one specifically designed for children ages three and younger and one designed for children four and older.

Our infant day care areas are designed to be a warm and nurturing environment where your baby is lovingly cared for by our affectionate and knowledgeable caregivers. Each infant is fed, takes naps, and is cared for on an individual schedule as supplied to us by the parents. Teachers sing songs, read stories and stimulate the babies with toys and music to allow them to develop at their own individual pace.
Our toddler day care rooms are designed to meet the needs of your increasingly active and inquisitive child. Children grow and develop rapidly at this stage and we offer both a young toddler and older toddler room to accommodate their changing needs. Children are "moved up" or transitioned through the rooms after both the teachers and the parents jointly identify the need to do so.

My granddaughter has been going to Wee Care since she an infant and she has just started kindergarten this year. The workers are kind and patient and take their time with the children and make their day a fun time. She has never wanted to not go to day care, she has enjoyed every day she has been there..

My children have been fortunate enough to attend Wee Care since they were 3 years and 18 months old. Most of the staff at Wee Care has been there for over 10 years and we loved their teachers. The teachers are kind, caring and loving and worked hard to teach our children values like sharing, kindness, and constructive play. I love the amount of time our kids played outside, did science experiments, and crafts in addition to learning. My discussions about my children's growth and development were always met with concern and respect and I'm so glad Wee Care was a part of our lives for five years
