Dr Jill is very nice, however her assistant is extremely annoying and disrespectful, she is the typical Karen I deal with here in the US, being white European I face a lot of discrimination. I left upset especially at my second visit. She's one of these people here bothered by the fact that I'm white European and not american, and they don't dare to make offensive comments to non-white people cuz these are "protected" as minorities. She kept making remarks about my body making me feel bad about myself, while Dr Jill gave me compliments. When the doctor was not present she asked me what language

I recently had BeautiFill, laser lipo fat transfer, with Dr. Fichtel and am thrilled with my results! The whole experience was amazing and could not have gone better. The ladies here are so amazing! You walk in and are very comfortable with the environment and having to expose your fat. I was not self conscious at all because Lori made me feel at ease talking to me about each step she was taking. The process itself was not painful. Maybe uncomfortable for 3 of the 35 minutes, NOT painful. My results?? I am slowly seeing a little at a time. I can't wait to go back and see my final before and after. I have been telling everyone I know about this place, procedure, and the ease of it.

Dr. Fichtel is awesome. She really listens to you, and takes the time to get to the bottom of your issues. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough. I had three separate issues, and she completely took care of all of them. She even educated me on how to prevent future issues, and gave me and my daughters wonderful skin care samples.

I am so happy to be reunited with Dr. Fichtel! My girls and I were her patients before she relocated. I was so thrilled to see her billboard in Coolsprings saying that she was back. Unfortunately , she found me with a scalp condition that several doctors of different specialties could not diagnose. When I saw her beautiful face on that billboard, I thought "she will help me". I was concerned that she may be concentrating her practice on only aesthetics. Not only did she spend an hour with me, she consulted a leading expert on my extremely rare condition and had a treatment plan for me when I left
