This casino is like a money black hole, majority of the machine doesnt have the bonus, even if you get the bonus, its only pay $0 or less than 10 bucks ( usually bet around $2.50 or $2.64), before the pandemic & renovation, used to see a lot hand pay among the ppl, the players there were happy and crowded and $500.00 can last forever and called it even or just lost $500.00, but now you have to throw couple thousand for like an hour, stay away!

The casino itself is ok. There’s good tables if you’re into blackjack. Plenty of slots. The food options are ok- overpriced. The buffet is better elsewhere. The spa is nice but on the pricier side. The bar was ok— depending on who your bartender is. It does get stuffy and the heavy scent from the smokers are off putting.

The lay out was okay but a bit odd, machines were awfully tight, tables were soooo full (only one blackjack table of each type open). But staff was helpful and the coffee place is open 24 hours so that was nice.

I'm not a major casino dweller, so this isn't my "expertise", but this is a decent place. The one drawback is that it's in nowhere-ville. Not close to anything of major interest. Basically it is its own destination or for the minuscule surrounding town residents.
We went there for a New Year's Eve. Parking was easy, even for a large event night.
We were there at night & stayed in a bed & breakfast in one of the neighboring towns (of a population totaling no more than 200 people!), and didn't get to see what the grounds are like during the day.

This is a nice casino, the hotel is very clean. I like the old hotel tower better than the new tower. It's much cozier. The new tower's decor is too modern. It's sort of colorless with a cold tone, just my opinion. If you like swimming, use the old pool too, no kids allowed. Okay, the casino.....casino floor is clean, bartenders seem nice and friendly. There are no "mask nazis" here at this casino, they let you breathe! Slots/Games.....not enough video poker/keno machines here. Their games seemed to be aimed towards oriental themed games, way too many here. There are no old school video slots hardly

It's smaller... Not very loose slots, security present but aren't upright a-holes as long as your not acting hella dumb. Waitresses are hungry and seemingly starved for for tips, floorplan is conducive to locating companions fairly easily which is very nice...

This is aimed at their restaurants primarily. It's turned into a hit or miss proposition. We went to Canyon Cafe for dinner. Mine was okay; however, the creamed spinach had too much salt in it. We also had Caesar side salads. The Romaine used in the salad had obviously been there for sometime and it was yellowish brown. The salads were over seasoned. My Petite File was pretty good as was the oven roasted potatoes, however, my wife's rib eye was delivered way under cooked and we had to send it back for more time on the broiler. Her steak was mostly gristle and fat.

First time here got $30 bonus play total for the night. Some machines payout good while others don't... Typical casino.... They have an AMAZING gift shop if you are into crystals and jewelry!!! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make you comfortable and even had techs get me a drink! I definitely am coming back here and will tell others as well!

Been making the trip out to this Casino off and on for a couple years, actually, use to like it better then the others, but, recently something has changed out there that has made it the last place ill go. Usually, pretty lucky out there, but, went 3 times in the last month and nothing but bad luck. One time,no luck, two times,no luck, but not 3 times and nothing, dropping $300 to $400 at a time on penny slots. Something ain't right. If your looking to get lucky, don't go here. Try somewhere else. We won't be back. Good luck.

Went for a promotion, was not thrilled with the way it was organized but did get what I was here for. Shopped in their gift shop and picked up some gifts. They always have a good selection of items. Wanted to order food to go from one of the cafes but they would not take the order due to staff shortage.

Most of the restaurants were closed on Saturday before 10pm. They are severely understaffed and it shows. We decided to put our name on the café waiting list. That was a 2 hour wait and the food was not it.
I ordered the Thai salad with grilled chicken and it was nasty. Old lettuce and the peanut dressing was not good at all.
I do give the waitress credit for good service on her part but the food was terrible!
Also tried several other plates as our party was for ten people. The alfredo pasta was too watery and flavorless. The chicken tenders appetizers were actually pretty good. Their canyon

It has been years since I had been out here so It was like a brand new experience. The casino has quite a few machines options, and seems to have quite a few penny slots. The high limit slots were on point and hitting. Kind of inconvenient to have just one main bar in the middle, but there was a restaurant that you could order a drink from, it is more expensive and smaller. Overall decent casino experience.

They offer a great selection of slots to choose from and add new games all the time it seems. The staff is always super pleasant and helpful. There are several food options edging around the casino, altho there is only a very limited amount of over night options. The North Tower rooms are really nicely done, even the basic rooms have a fridge and coffee maker set up with 2 complimentary little water bottles, and the spacious bathroom includes a deep soaking tub and a glass walled shower and the toilet is behind its own door. Both hotel towers have a pool and you can use either one you want, however

This place definitely gives off the vibes that you are in Las Vegas but significantly cheaper! The place itself is on hillside and you can't miss it when driving the highway. They have plenty of parking and electric car parking as well. The staff here were super nice and helpful upon check in. If you can book a suite or presidential suite do it! The rooms are vary spacious, large, and clean. The beds are also super comfy which is always great! The casino floor is a good size but definitely nothing like larger casinos. Overall a good place to get away for a weekend! Check it out!

Cache Creek is not too far away from the Bay Area and Sacramento. It's every retired Filipino's favorite pass time and trip to Reno/Vegas without the far out drive. Located in Brooks, CA it's only about 1.5 hours away from the Bay Area in their own crop/wine land area. The drive isn't bad but there are always a lot of police on patrol nearby so be sure to drive speed limit. If you come here often enough you can get complimentary night's stay. They also have plenty of bus trips from local towns that include free play money. I believe Wednesday & Thursday's are Veteran

Cache Creek overlooks a beautiful vineyard with a view of the mountains n the background. The Southern tower rooms are spacious with a large bathroom and a shower that can fit 4-6 people comfortably (it's a little weird how big they are because you'd expect a bench seat or another shower head on the other wall--but, nope--not there).

The casino is a good size and they have a variety of games to play as well as different eateries to go to, so there is a nice variety that is more Asian focused.

I have been to Cache Creek many times to just gamble. This was my first time staying at the hotel. We stayed in the newly built tower. The room was a double queen with a view of the vineyard across the highway. The room was very nice especially the marble bathroom and shower. I enjoyed the motion sensitive lights under the nightstand and the lights in the closet that come on when you open the doors. One thing I felt it lacked was a strong air conditioning unit cause I like my hotel room chilly. The restaurant we ate at was pretty good and all of the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly

I took my mother to Cache Creek for a Mother's Day getaway. She has been several times with friends. We stayed overnight in the South Tower. The room and entire property was immaculate. The landscaping was beautiful, the security was helpful when Mom got lost.
The entire staff was super friendly. We had dinner at C2. The hostess, bartender/server were true hospitality professionals. We got brunch from the deli and it was delicious. Mom lost all of her money but she still loves it. The golf course was thoroughly enjoyable. I rated it in a separate post.

My partner and I were harassed by three different security guards about him bringing in his service dog.

BTW, none of these security guards had masks on either, but they require guests to wear them??? these rules must not apply to them.

The first security guard tried to deny us access (when I asked "are you telling me that you are going to violating Federal ADA laws?" then the aditude changed, so we then hear her lecture us about the service animal rules.

We've had this dog for eight years, we know the Federal ADA law very well.

Then within a short time period we had two other

While walking into the casino myself along with my boyfriend and his brother were picked out of a crowd, temperature checked, asked to provide a valid ID, and hassled! I definitely see no problem with having my temperature checked or being asked for my ID. I feel like that should be standard protocol. BUT, I watched a number of people come in, and not be asked for their ID, or have their temperature checked. Most of the people who walked by were clearly younger than us walk right past the temperature check station with no issue. Also why were we picked out of a crowd of about 12-15 people. Everyone

This casino, is I either come out a big winner or a big loser and when I come out as a big winner the best thing to do is to walk away as I learn that I can give back the money or quit while losing especially if bonuses do not hit. I will update this review because I have stayed here now and my wife and I come here and play quite a bit.

So now that my wife and I have stayed here and gotton free nights, they have 2 towers, the older vs. newer tower. We stayed at both and the rooms are both nice and bigger than expected. The older wing has a tub while the newer tower the rooms are even more nicer

I have a newfound appreciation for Cache Creek! I used to hate this casino because of the road to get here, it seemed too crowded and I never won anything lol. But I recently decided to give them another chance during these COVID-19 times to see if I would have a change of heart and I did. I still don't like the winding road to get here but I can get past that lol.

Upon arriving in the parking garage it didn't seem like there were many cars there which is a good thing. Once inside the casino/hotel lobby which is so beautiful and welcoming, they take your temperature in a very non-invasive
