Our veterinarians treat dogs and cats primarily. We also treat ferrets, birds, reptiles, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and most other "exotic" pets. Diagnostic imaging allows our veterinarians to look at your pet internally for clues about sickness or injury. Dental care is an essential part of your pet's overall health to prevent dental disease and tooth loss.
Hoboken Animal Hospital offers preventive care and services for kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. Bringing your pet to one of our veterinarians for a physical exam is the smartest and easiest way to keep them healthy. Exams allow our veterinarians to detect problems and diseases that might go undiscovered otherwise, including heart murmurs, tumors, enlarged organs, cataracts, ear infections, ear mites, dental disease, skin issues and allergies.

Thank you so much Dr. Rodriguez, and staff for helping our sweet cat Dingo! You were so thorough, kind, and patient with us as we were so worried about him. He had been throwing up for 12 hours, and you helped stop that, as well as rehydrate him, so his fun personality came back. They genuinely care about your pet! Our normal vet was closed and they recommended we call here. They were full up for a few days but the lady I spoke to was so kind and booked us their first available appointment just in case we couldn’t get in at another vet before then.
Then the lovely lady I spoke to called me back to make sure I knew our normal vet was open on Saturdays and recommended I try there again tomorrow.
Then she called AGAIN hours later when they unexpectedly had a spot open up the same day and we were able to have our pet seen that day.
