Services
All of our sites have full hookups-both 30 and 50 amp service and free cable TV with more than 70 channels. Pet owners are responsible for the immediate cleanup of pet droppings. If your pet has issues and you can't pick it up, please carry water with you, pick up what you can and wash it down so no one comes along and steps in it.
In addition we have a comfortable lobby area for socializing (a favorite for the men to begin their day over coffee). Uvalde Grand Opera House - Built in 1891, this restored Opera House features a variety of year-round dance and theater. Aviation Museum of Texas - The Museum is located at the Uvalde Municipal Airport in one of the original hangars built for Garner Army Air Field, a World War II primary training base.

Love this park, have stayed here a few times, friendly easy to work with front office, grounds are well kept, some people have been here a long time and could clean up their sites. We stayed here a few days before, everyone is friendly and it feels safe. They have these old Live Oaks that are so beautiful, just be careful we driving a big rig. Uvalde is a charming town, the First State Bank is a must see, great art collection in a working bank.

5-star RV park except for one serious problem. New buildings, very nice amenities and public bathrooms and showers, very friendly staff. Only complaint: the shower floors are treacherously, dangerously slippery!! Considering this is a no-children RV park tailored to us older folks, a super-slippery shower floor is a lawsuit waiting to happen! They need tile floors with sandpaper-like glaze rather than the slick, smooth glaze they now have. Be advised, be VERY careful!

This little park is a simplistic gem. Not a fancy resort but one of the friendliest places my husband and I have stayed over the course of the last 5 years. The grounds are lovely (with plenty of maintained trees), the tenants and staff are outwardly kind, and the bathrooms are some of the cleanest that we've ever seen. The location of this park is incredibly convenient (especially for full-timers), as Walmart is within walking distance and the place across the street serves delicious "down home" southern cooking. If you have a large rig it can be tricky to navigate the small park, and at times

The staff were friendly and always helpful. The site was clean and quiet.
The laundry area was too small for the number of users so you have to wait in line or go to the local mat which was as much as triple the cost. The free internet worked great as long as you were within a few feet of the office building. Otherwise, for the price and overall, it was great and I would recommend my friends and family to stay. We stayed 3 months while on a contract assignment in Uvalde.
