We had our home appraised by Mike, he was very easy to contact, text/phone call, we had to reschedule an appointment which he was able to do with ease. Mike & Dan both removed their shoes at the door without being asked and quickly made their walkthrough getting photos, and producing our report back to our lender the very next day which was so impressive! Having an appraiser get our appointment and report back to us in less than a week of being ordered is so helpful and made our mortgage process that much quicker! Great company
