They inherited this from another company. The place wasn't cleaned or painted when they gave me the keys. So when they acquired property management cwe were hopeful. I showed them the back door that's coming apart several times, I have barely any water coming through my bathroom sink. It's an old building and it's got its problems. That said, our most recent issue has been our newest tenant. What kind of background check did they do? There are now homeless folks peaking in windows and hanging around upstairs.
