Air Conditioning: inspection and total overhaul (parts replacement, flush, vacuum and charge). Brakes: inspection and total overhaul (pads, rotors, hoses, lines and calipers replacement). Cooling and heating: inspection, testing and overhaul (radiator, heater, water pump and blower motor replacement).
Customer complaint: rear bumper was damaged. Solution: repair the spot as economically as possible. Work done: in order to keep costs down, some generic paint was used, then clear coat was applied. The affected area was sanded in order to remove any overspray or orange peal. Finally, the spot and the surrounding area were polished to bring back the original shine.
Customer complaint: engine stalling. Car was brought to the local dealer, stayed for two weeks and they found nothing wrong. Repairs done: Upon a thorough diagnostic, codes were present. Oil was leaking badly under the car. Four (out of 6) important bolts were missing. Oil cooler gasket was replaced, alternator was not charging properly and had to be replaced, water pump, thermostat were replaced as part or the maintenance.
Customer complaint: the car stopped while driving. Engine died completely, although there was power. Diagnose: broken timing chain. Solution: replace timing chain, clean all the sludge. Work done: After removing the valve cover, we noticed a huge amount of sludge. We assume that the previous owner used low grade oil and change it seldom.
Customer complaint: brakes were squeaking and not working properly. Diagnose: Brake pads were completely worn out. Timing belt needed to be change as part of required maintenance. Solution: replace rotors, install ceramic brake pads, replace timing belt, water pump and tensioner. One sway bar link was broken and needed to be replaced.

The service was awesome, prices were reasonable and they work really fast! I brought my car in on a Wednesday for control arms, inner and outer tire rods , ball joints and a wheel alignment, friday I was back in my car. Definitely will be the place for my services from here on out

I'll have to say that I've had my fair share of mechanics in my lifetime being that I've owned 20 different cars. They all more or less give you the run around and beat around the bush about the condition of your car and if not that they over price their services. But not Briskers Foreign Car Repairs! These guys provide top notch service and see to making sure that you walk in and out of their establishment a happy customer. 10 out of 5 stars!!!

I used Briskers for the first time in February 2021. Had some squealing noises coming from the engine area, which was diagnosed within an hour of me dropping the car off. Price to repair was cheaper than what the dealer would have charged me. No BS, no rudeness, and no upselling attempts. I’ll definitely go back when I have another problem (knocks on wood).

I've patronized Raz since purchasing my BMW in 2016. He is as honest as the day is long about the condition of your car and all repairs needed. 5 years and never have I been disappointed in his work or his professionalism. He speaks to you frankly about each repair and his prices are the utmost in being fair. He stays packed because of his ability and his honesty. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Only auto shop in Louisiana with 5 star rating and this shop deserves every bit of it.
I was traveling when my Audi A8L broke down in Louisiana and I towed it to Briskers. Definitely the best decision I made in a time of crisis. Raz the owner is a genuine person who not only works on your car considering it as his own but is also very knowledgeable (over 20 years of experience) when it comes to cars especially foreigns. His garage is filled with German cars in need of repair and he seems like he knows exactly what he is doing.
