In accordance with the CDC and Kitsap County Public Health guidelines, masks are now required inside our facility for everyone over five years of age, regardless of vaccination status. Athletes must wear masks into the gym but are permitted to remove them during activity. In addition, please try to limit the number of spectators in the mezzanine and continue to practice social distancing measures.

Services
Cascade Elite Gymnastics West was founded on the belief that children NEED to be actively encouraged and challenged. With the structure and discipline of a sport such as gymnastics, children will be given the opportunity to grow mentally and physically stronger in a nurturing and positive environment.
Paying for classes is very easy. If paying in person, you can pay by check (made payable to CEGW), cash, debit card, or credit card. You may also choose to pay by phone with a credit card. You will immediately receive a payment receipt via email. For the girls, the recommended apparel is a leotard (with or without shorts).
Cascade Elite Gymnastics West offers a program for children of all ages, abilities, and levels. Our primary goal is to provide each member with a safe and progressive platform to learn not only fun and rewarding gym skills but more importantly, life-long lessons. The athletes, parents, and teaching staff will work together to provide an environment that has the best interest of the child.
Our goal at CEGW is to keep kids active, engaged, and enriched - safely! CEGW Summer Campers will enjoy exciting and skill-appropriate coach-led gymnastics on all Olympic gymnastics equipment, including trampolines and TumblTrack, plus games and crafts, and even a bit of outdoor fun (weather permitting)!
Typical parties at CEGW are 90 minutes in length and include 60 minutes in the gym and 30 minutes in the party room. Your children and their friends will bounce on trampolines, jump into foam pits, balance on beams, make their way through obstacle courses, and have an amazing time in our gym! Our parties are perfect for groups of experienced gymnasts as well as those with little to no gymnastics skills.

My almost two year old and I drive an hour from Port Townsend to be here and we absolutely love it, so the drive is worth it! We have been coming for almost six months, and the coaches and front desk people are amazing at encouraging kids to participate and very patient.I look forward to watching my son flourish and open up as he continues to come every week. :)

This gym put on a meet where they did not enforce covid protocols. They shoved all of our girls into a tiny room for an awards ceremony that offered no room for social distancing. They said only one parent could come into the award ceremony but did nothing to enforce this. They could have easily had the awards in the gym, where there was plenty of space. It was clear they did this for money without regard for the safety of our children.
My guess is this gym has leadership that thinks covid isn’t real or it’s a hoax because they treated it like it didn’t exist. Stay far away from this poorly

Last night my daughter Allison wanted to go back into gymnastics classes. It was about 6pm and we decided to drive down and see if anyone was there to talk to. The lady was at the front desk and more than willing to sign her back up and get her into some classes, she even remembered who my daughter was! Very friendly and I’ll definitely be staying with them.

They always don't prorate automatically for the months they have less than 4 classes and I always have to remind them that their make up class is less hours = I'd be losing$ for make up class.
They changes sooooooo many times of class time/day of the week in last 3 years. Ridiculous amount of times they changed and we all had to re-adjust our family schedule due to them.
Plus they constantly changed their instructors. Started with good one then after that many of the instructors weren't really paying attention to entire group.... I have witnessed several times it could've been chaos accident

I would give this gym a five star review if my review was solely based on reviewing a wonderful coach Natalie Roddick who we started gymnastics with. She is the kind of a coach who goes after quality, not quantity. Your child will do the exercise the right way from the start.
The gym is spacious, bright, clean. We loved going there but after a year of patiently waiting for them to get their ducks in a row, we had to pull our son out because unless you are on a team, or your gymnast is a girl, male gymnastics in this gym is neglected above and beyond. Coach Alex will probably the only positive

This is the best gym. My daughter loves it she's there all the time. They teach you skills that make you improve. (My daughters 4 and she's doing a cartwheel and handstand!) You have to be able to follow directions and have good listening skills or else your not going to get anywhere Your kid has to have the drive to work hard though.
