Asked when leaving KCH where i wanted to go for re-hab after hip surgery, i asked KCH if there was a place owned by the Levering family. My doctor asked why and I told him that the Levering family owned Morrow Manor in Chesterville. My Mother lived ther just a little over a year before she passed away and she LOVED being there. Everyone was so nice, friendly, caring, helpful and treated the residents like their own family. I saw it as did everyone who visited her. That was enough for me. Everyone here at Country Court is just the same loving and caring people at Morrow Manor. As far back as a childhood

Way under staffed. Atmosphere is tense. Was the best in Mt. Vernon for years. 3rd generation owners do not seem to care one bit about residents or employees. Smells septic. MANY issues we had to deal with. I believe the employees would like to see some changes but the leadership seems unwilling. I guess it’s about the $6000.00 + per month and not the residence or the employees. Would recommend you don’t even consider Country Court of Mt. Vernon as a place for your loved one.

Horrible place.. the place is so unsanitary. I would go there to work for agency and the place is just so dirty and stinky. I felt like anywhere I stepped or put my hand that I needed to keep washing it. The place had a really bad stinch odor that after working a shift it would take several washes for the odor to dissolve. Not to mention I really felt sad for the residents cause the Leverings dont care about Staff nor residents. There so understaffed that residents laid in faces and urine because we couldnt get through all the rounds every 2 hours most residents didnt even get there teeth brushed
