My father in law just spent some time in this facility. If I could give it negative stars I would. The person in charge of assisting with discharge and resources for home was MIA for the past three days so my MIL was unable to have any questions answered regarding discharge date. Overall care was two stars, but communication and service are a joke. Take your loved ones somewhere else.

I worked here for a little over 6mos. When I started here, the other nurse’s aides (not all but most) were very rude to me and I found out later that it was not the first time that happened and I know it won’t be the last. The people who have been there for years are very clique-y and mean. Upper management is just as bad. The administrator and owner are heartless. They allow the toxic work culture to thrive and chase off good employees. If anyone tries to address/change the bullying/toxic environment at Bennington Glen, they will find a reason to fire you or make you quit. None of the nurses

I am somewhat disappointed ! My husband was arriving by ambulance from the hospital after a hip surgery. He arrived at 2:30 pmish on a Friday. He needed a trapeze above his bed but the maintenance staff ( one man) only works from 7-3, m-f. We have been told that this apparatus will not be installed till Monday. This leaves him struggling to get in/out of bed and just repositioning.
I also carried a RX to them from the hospital for his pain meds. At 7pm when he asked for them he was told that the pharmacy was out and would have to drop ship them. He got them at 1:30 in the morning! They were able

When looking for a rehabilitation and nursing facility it is hard to find people you can trust. I feel like you can trust the people that work at Bennington Glen. We knew our loved ones were in good hands. A few family members have stayed in Bennington Glen. My grandmother called it her "home." One time I dropped money in my grandmother's room. At the time it was nearly a third of my paycheck. An employee found it and turned the money in. I think that alone says a lot about the employees that work there and their integrity.

I think Bennington Glen is a wonderful place be if you need extra care. My mother was here for two years and if I ever need extra care, this is where I want to be. I feel that the people here genuinely care. They create a family environment. There is always different activities going on. The facility is also clean. The only improvement I could suggest was the food. For example, the scrambled eggs were not real. Sometimes there was not enough variety.
