Red flag; huge turnover here; director, hr, maintenance, aides, kitchen, laundry & salon. Confusing for family & residents. It's not what you see during your short walk-thru or visit, it's what you DON'T see. If your loved one is here use the MN State Statute law 144.6502 ELECTRONIC MONITORING IN CERTAIN FACILITIES. Electronic monitoring is the placement of a camera, audio recorder, or video streaming device in a resident’s room or private living unit to help the resident or representative monitor the resident or their activities. Isn't your loved one just as important as monitoring your front

Not a great place to send your loved ones in need. This establishment lacks compassion, professionalism, accountability and many people who work here should be the furthest people from caring for your loved ones during their last stage of life. The lack of care is a direct reflection of management. Instead of providing leadership and promoting a culture of caring, mgmt consists of hiding in offices bullying employees and just collecting paychecks. The HR person who is in charge of hiring, firing, and issuing corrective action has no checks and balances to buffer her decision making. If an employees’

My dad was fairly independent and was in the assisted living facility until his memory started fading and he became a little unsteady, so needed to be moved to the memory care area. We had a lot of bad experiences in memory care. Laundry items would disappear, rooms wouldn't be cleaned for weeks, toilet not cleaned for weeks, lack of professionalism with certain staff and many other issues. There were some staff that obviously cared and showed that in their actions, but many working there seemed to not care and some wouldn't even interact with you when we would visit. My dad passed away last September

It's a great place ! For the first time in a long time I enjoy coming to work..i adore the residents, it's always fun and interesting to interact with them.
The staff are fantastic--hardworking and fun, no problem too big or small.
I really feel the staff and administration go above and beyond to make this facility run like a well oiled machine. The staff truly care about the residents and their care.
It's really great to work in a place where you can have fun, be yourself and still get your work done.
The training has been fun and challenging, Kay, Deanna and Dana have been really great to

My grandfather moved to Lino Lakes Assisted Living over a year ago and shortly thereafter found his needs to drastically change. He moved from the Assisted Living to the Memory Care Unit within a short period of time. My family and I could not be more pleased with the level of helpfulness we received from the facility during his adjustment period. For anyone moving their loved one at this age, while leaving their longtime home, understands this is hard for everyone involved. I was visiting my grandfather this past weekend over Memorial when a few notable items popped up. 1. The staff interactions

I was looking for an Assisted Living community after moving back to Minnesota. My 1st stop was at Lino Lakes Assisted Living & Memory Care. As I drove up, I remembered the building was a hotel many years ago, but I choose to go in and take a tour. Boy, was I happy I did!! As I walked in, there was this beautiful sitting room with a fireplace all decorated for July 4th, 3 or 4 staff members, & a few residents. EVERYONE had nothing but smiles which really touched my heart. I knew then I wanted to live there. The dining room serves 3 meals a day with staff who are ALWAYS smiling! It's hard to please

Once you move to memory care face it your going to die alone. Family forgets you. They can't keep staff. Always under investigation for something. No privacy. Some don't speak English. One resident fell on the floor while a staff member just stood their and did nothing. What does that tell you? If you love you mother or father don't punish them by putting them in this hell hole. Have respect! Go somewhere else please. Don't abuse your own parent's by putting them in here. They took care of you for years now it's your turn to take care of them. Love them. Stay away from lino lakes assisted living
