2 appointments (during work hours, of course) for Wolf to come to the conclusion that although the other party was at fault according to the police, I should just take my insurance payment and "be grateful" for it instead of taking legal action. When I expressed that I wanted to make a case against the other party, Wolf expressed his regret that we didn't "see eye to eye". A complete and utter waste of time just to be insulted and dismissed.
