Mr. Humphrey is licensed to practice law in the State of Wyoming and Colorado, Wyoming Federal District Court, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Wyoming Bankruptcy Court. He was born and raised in Cheyenne, WY.
As a graduate of the University of Wyoming's College of Law, he participated in the Defender Aid Clinic, worked as an extern for the Federal Defender's Office, and volunteered to assist the Office of the State Public Defender.As a trial attorney since 2007, he gained the knowledge, training, resources and experience necessary to protect your rights.

Elizabeth "Vangie" Wadleigh is a native of Puerto Rico. She has lived in Cheyenne, WY for over 30 years, and has been active in the community. She is fluent in Spanish and English. She has worked in her own business as an interpreter for over 15 years. She has interpreted in State and Federal Court on behalf of Attorneys and clients around the State of Wyoming.

I’m new in town and was looking for an immigration attorney to start my family petition case, my case is more complicated than most people’s so even though they weren’t able to take my case they referred me to a different attorney with more experience on that field. Humphrey and Associates handled my record expungement. They were very professional and handled it greatly to my satisfaction. Everybody I spoke with was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took my case seriously, even though I doubt very much that I was a high dollar client. For me, that really says something about their customer service and I appreciate that.

Mr. Humphrey was very approachable, easy to talk to throughout my personal injury case. Each new issue that came up was explained in a way that was easy for me to understand.
