Absolutely total respect for this clinic. The dedication and love from this dentist office is commendable and courteous. The women at the front desk are always friendly and ready to help answer questions. The technicians were all nice, and I felt very "covid-safe" with their PPE and sanitation procedures throughout the appointment. Amazing atmosphere and excellent care. Doctor Harbpinder Shevchenko is absolutely amazing. The best dental clinic I have been to thus far. Going to the dentist office is always a challenge for me but they make me feel like I am at home every time.

I have postponed dental work for years due to anxiety. I started at Smiles by the Sea beginning of October. I was embarrassed by my teeth and nervous about getting work done. Sue my hygienist is kind and gentle. Dr. Nachawati instantly made me feel comfortable with no judgment at all. He created a treatment plan prioritizing the work based on condition of my teeth. He treated me with understanding and respect for my anxiety and concerns about my mouth. He has walked me through the entire process. I am one appointment away from getting fitted for partials. Absolutely would not recommend. They’ll do anything to get you in the door, half the time they can’t do anything for you besides a crown or filling so they’ll refer you out. They wasted my time and money. Don’t worry though, they’ll make sure they give you a list of treatment and try to have you pay up front. The male dentist was great, but the management is not. It’s not genuine, it’s business and a scam. They begged for a review before I could even grab my things to leave, and practically begged me to scan the QR CODE. So I guess all of the 5 star reviews are starting to make sense

I came here for a second opinion as I searched for a new dentist. The experience was stellar- from the office staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist. These folks get what it means to create trust and treat you like a human being. And the treatment/educational piece was highly competent and professional. My recent visit at Smiles By The Sea is by far the best experience that I have had regarding dental work. The environment is warm and welcoming, which is a major factor for someone like myself who struggles with anxiety over having dental work done. The staff are very knowledge and friendly - I didn’t feel like I was just another “number in line.” They treated me with respect (zero judgements) and took the time to answer any questions I had. It was really just an awesome experience after having so many negative visits in the past with other dentists. I look forward to becoming a long term
