Associated Counseling Group uses the following forms to assess and structure patient care for each individual.
Melissa received her Masters degree in counseling from Creighton University. She is experienced in individual and family therapy, working with adults, children and adolescents. Melissa specializes in Individual Therapy, Marriage/Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, Depression-Related Issues, Anxiety-Related Issues and Individual Child Therapy (utilizing play therapy).
