DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION!!! I am thoroughly APPALLED with my service by this credit union. I received no notification of any remaining balance on my loan and when I received a past due notice of payment owed I tried reaching an agent on 3 occasions to rectify the matter. I was transferred to another agent and answering machine all 3 times with no callbacks. When I finally reached someone who would talk to me she transferred me to Kathy in collections who proceeded to blame ME for not contacting her specific department and refused to remove the late payment. This is a disgusting manner of customer

Great bank but the attitude from the staff when i called about getting a replacement card was uncalled for.

Do not ever get a loan from this corporation. They are extremely difficult. Which I find extremely funny because every company wants their money. Their staff is very disgusting and not even weld mannered. I've had a better time talking to zoo animals. Frustrated I will never ever ever go with this company again. I wish I knew what I know now

This is not a friendly place.member for 20 + years.they still dont know me.they question every check i deposit from there bank from my husbands acct.some time they call it a big amount.need both of us.we have 2 accounts there .so what.we couldnt get service to do retirement acct.went to key bank.these new people need a new attitude.get andrew back.he was the best

If you ever get a car loan from here just walk away. The worst place I’ve ever had to deal with . The loan department is full of unqualified people . They’ve been giving me the run around fir days on my title . Do not again do not ever deal with them especially Dianne from loan department

Their UBI hometech system garbage. App is always freezing and transfers always get server pending errors at times you need cash the most..

I’m giving ubi 1 star only because 0 is not an option. I’ve been a member for 7 years. Almost everyone has an attitude, every certified (bank) check I deposit into my account has a hold, that’s right certified bank checks with a hold. There online banking system is terrible, the phone will ring forever without anyone picking up if you leave a message no one will call back.

Very unprofessional. After I closed my account... CLOSED my account, they continued to take out a $500 automatic debit that I had set up for my car loan. However, my car had already been paid of and the account closed. This in itself is not a huge deal. The problem was when I called them they told me it was my fault!!!! And that it could take 10 days for me to get my money back. Terrible customer service, terrible management, terrible end to what had previously been an issue free 2 car loans. They have lost my business due to their antagonistic and irresponsible customer service. How can I be blamed

It's a simple Neighborhood Credit Union that offers a large variety of services in a clean and modern building and most importantly all of the staff are very pleasant to deal with
