They are good as long as they do not mess-up your account. They disabled my account without informing me by phone, email or letter. On my follow-up inquiry, I have submitted all documents which they requested. But they did not enable my online access.
My multiple voice messages to Operational Manager Karen got unanswered. There is no process to complain about their employee's non-response and lack of service.

I live this Credit Union. The people are always helpful and nice. There is never a massive crowd or slow. The hours are weird for me but, still a great place. I just wish ATM took money and check deposits an ditched the old envelop style.
Like most credit union they have great rates and other finance stuff. They also offer an extended warranty plan for your vehicle. To cover those major mess ups.
