My aunt was under the care of warm Hearts, specifically Sylvia, and there was hardly any communication. My emails and phone calls were not answered, I needed the receipts and requested them several times, for Medicaid, and I got absolutely no response. I never got itemized bills every month, a check was just written out of my aunt's account and I have no idea what these charges were for. I do not recommend warm Hearts. But there is a nurse that works there Evelyn, who is absolutely fantastic. But Sylvia will not work with anyone. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. I do
