We just refinanced our home with Lighthouse mortgage and Jeff made the process simple and quick from the very beginning. Jeff is the best! We just refinanced through Lighthouse and Jeff helped us and also taught us a few things about mortgages. Not only did he get us a low interest rate but he was amazing with the entire process. We had some issues come up on our end and Jeff explained everything to us in detail. Something no other company could do. We've tried refinancing 2 times in the past (not through Lighthouse). Jeff was honest from day one. He gave us options and time to discuss.
