(PT 1) My move-in experience and first couple weeks have been tiresome to say the least. I drove 2 hours from Houston on move-in day and while I was picking up my keys, I was told somebody is still in there cleaning the unit. It was pouring raining, so we figured we'd swing by to ask them how much longer it'd be. I was told by the cleaning team it would be done in 30 minutes and therefore waited in my car. An hour later, the cleaning team was done and I started to move my things in. As I was moving my things in, I realized the unit was NOT move in ready. To start off, the unit was not

This whole process was extremely frustrating because there was no sense of urgency from the team. I had to call the leasing office multiple times to get updates on when things would be completed. Not once did they call me for an update. The property manager had no sympathy that my unit was not move-in ready nor offered what they can do to compensate my time/frustration. This review is mainly for the management team to understand what the residents are going through upon their first day of living

I do not recommend applying to this complex. They charge you an additional $350 on top of regular application fee. They call it an application deposit. Their own online application states this additional is refundable by check within 30 days if the applicant is denied. Ours was and they are flat out refusing to refund the deposit. Their excuse is they told us it wasn't refundable and we should have known ahead of time that we wouldn't be accepted. First, whoever heard of an additional deposit before applying anyway. Great place to live! I've only lived here a short time but have enjoyed the spacious & tall ceilings of the apartment & the amenities of the community. Elaine, the assistant manager went the extra mile to show me several apartments until I decided on the right apartment for me. The other staff members were helpful and assisted me with a smooth transition. I've enjoyed the resident get together / parties. I would recommend Aria Victoria for your next place to live!

Great place to stay! Amazing staff including Cory with maintenance and Patricia & Elaine in the leasing office! I recommend this property to all of my coworkers moving into the Victoria area. The location is perfect with easy access to 77 & 87. Right on the edge of town near the mall and restaurants. Perfect for families or single renters. 5+ stars.
