We originally had around the clock home care for Mom. We realized that being at home was not the best enviornment for a person with dementia. We moved Mom to Fox Trail in Woodcliff Lake so that she could be in an environment with people and activites for people with Dementia. We are very happy. It is a warm intimate enviornment. There staff are lovely. Mom is with other people and doing so much more with her day than we could have imagined.

IDK WHAT THIS GUY WHO LEFT A COMMENT IS TALKING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE PLEASE DONT EVER WORK HERE THIS PLACE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL THE MANAGERS AS WELL IF SOMBODY CALLS OUT YOU TRY TO NOTIFY THEM AND THEY RARELY PICK UP THERE PHONES. AND IF U TRY TO CALL OUT THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO FIND YOUR OWN COVERAGE WHICH I BELIEVE THAT IS THE MANAGERS JOB TO DO BUT THERE TO LAZY TO DO IT THERE SELF. AND THERE ARE EMPLOYEES THAT ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THERE JOBS AND SLEEPING AT THE FACILITY WHEN THEY ARE NOT ON THE CLOCK. EATING THE RESIDENTS FOOD, NOT REALLY DOING THERE JOB AS WELL I FOUND THIS

I have no complaints whatsoever about the service they provide. The employees are compassionate and caring and they do an excellent job looking after the residents. The home itself is beautiful, I would definitely recommend them to others. In the short time my loved one was there they were wonderful.
