We were in a hurry to get the inspection done and Home Inspection Estate was very helpful. The report was sent via email after just 6 hours from the time of the inspection and included pictures and everything. That was great! The inspector was really professional and the rate was decent. The inspector, Nour Mihaileanu, was at the location early and started to inspect the exterior of the house.

All the moving pieces of buying a house can be overwhelming, but our experience with Nour was the most pleasant part of this entire process. My fiancé and I are in the process of buying our first home, and it can be very overwhelming. Our realtor recommended Nour as our inspector, and we are happy we went with her recommendation. Nour lives up to his glowing reviews which is hard to find these days.

Can't say anything but positive things from this man. For starters I'm always early to everything always so when I originally scheduled my inspection with Nour for a 9am time we showed up at 8:50 am to find Nour already on his ladder inspecting the roof and the gutters everything was explained to us in such detail that made me happy with even some of the unexpected things that came up but was happy he was able to explain and keep us at ease. Highly recommend this man for his amazing work ethic!

Nour was very professional, responsive and very detailed in his inspection. He explained every detail and his report also described everything with pictures. He is also a mold specialist so you can be sure you’re getting a quality inspection! He is extremely knowledgeable and would definitely recommend him for future inspections! If I'll ever need a home inspector again, I will definitely go with Nour. He is very professional, with a keen eye for details and a clear sense of thoroughness. His excellent level of knowledge can only be compared with his dedication to a job well done. I really admire his competence and professionalism.
