Here since 2017 and located in Oak Park, we serve the greater Chicagoland area and perform patient and thorough inspections of any and all tenable dwellings. I love what I do and take the time to locate issues, big and small, that are only accomplished with technology and curiosity. It's 'us' because often there is no easy answer.
I take lots of photos and reference my mentors and any and all experts to figure out a specific concern with each home. My job is to find defects and safety issues then make my customer aware of them. I am currently training as an ELECTRICIAN with Walden Technical Services.
