We are conveniently located near Urbana, MD, and provide fitness classes to the entire Frederick, MD area. Our clients come from all walks of life, all levels of fitness and with all types of goals. Services
Dynamic Fitness is located in Urbana, MD behind Sandy Spring Bank in the Turning Point Shopping Center. This brand new facility offers many training options. The Studio features Cybex equipment, free weights and a variety of functional training tools, such as stability balls, the TRX suspension trainer, resistance bands, Bosu balls and medicine balls.
Choosing to attend Liberty University, Charles played football for four years. While attending Liberty University, Charles earned his B.S. in Business Management. Charles interest in bodybuilding started at Liberty University, where he won his first bodybuilding contest on the campus of Liberty University (Mr. Liberty 1990 and 1991).

Dynamic Fitness Performance Enhancement programs offer athletes cutting edge scientific methodology to improve speed, agility and quickness. Unlike any other program, Dynamic Fitness focuses on the neuromuscular system first before progressing athletes forward. By improving neuromuscular efficiency, the body will be able to recruit more muscle fibers and improve overall strength, speed, power and quickness.
All of the information gathered in the assessment is used to develop personalized meal plans to help clients achieve their fitness, weight or performance goals. Meal timing, what to eat for optimization of performance, travel nutrition, weight loss education and Supermarket Tours are some previous topics discussed with clients.

I worked with Duane today for the first time on a recommendation from a friend and wow is all I can say. I have chronic pain in my neck , shoulders and arms and after one session all my pain is gone. I’ve exhausted the chiropractors and PT with no measurable results, Duane worked out all my kinks and taught me stretching that I am confident will help me moving forward. Highly recommend Duane!

I started out with Dynamic Fitness to help my recovery from a right hip replacement. I paid for one-on-one sessions so that the trainer could help me with my posture and focus during the exercise. I also wanted a trainer with a deep background in understanding the human body and how it works. I did not want a trainer to tell me to do an exercise that would harm or pop out my new hip.
Charles, the owner and excellent trainer himself, assigned me to Andrew. Andrew has has been perfect. He has tailored my training so that I can now get myself up off the floor, go up and down the stairs with strength
