Gosh where do I even begin. I brought my 2018 Honda to them after I was driving home in a flood and it took off my cover underneath and debris damaged my radiator. Had a rental and took it to John’s to get the tire looked at since it got punctured. John Jr. and I talked and he was super cool so I took my car to the location. The car was there the first two weeks and no one looked at it. Girl up front claimed Geico didn’t send the adjustment right away, but I have proof of the email from September. They just went with what the adjuster said, though he’s not the one that was under my car, and

I stopped since they were recommended by my insurance company. I had a simple door hinge bust on my driver side door that needed a little welding to fix. This was exactly what was recommended by my insurance adjuster. Mandy who works here looked at it, and immediately stated I would need a new door, also color blending, it would also take several days to complete blah blah etc. She also stated she would call me the next day. I got a Tesla Model 3 this year and, after a few weeks, backed it into a sign! I cannot tell you how much I like this car or how bad I felt about banging it up. John and Mandy and the guys working there are just great. They really listened to my needs and repaired the car to perfection at a reasonable price. They have a reputation of fixing cars to original condition and I can see why.

I blew out a tire at the gas station next to John’s and didn’t have the proper tools to change it. I walked over to see if they could just give me the tools to do it with. They treated me like family. Tim, one of the mechanics, came out with the tools, walked over to the gas station with me and helped changed the tire. After that, he asked me to pull up closer to the shop so that he can put air in it to make sure I make it home. It’s extremely hard to find employee that care about business as much as they do.
