Went today to buy some rings and couldn't get anyone to come open case. A short girl from behind the counter eye balled me a couple of times but never acknowledged my presence. Couldn't even find anyone to help with a bike either. Very disappointing. Usually a friendly experience from everyone.

Brought my bike in for winter storage Saturday. Doc was helpful & professional. Went inside, got a hot dog & a beer. Haven't had Coors Light since the 2nd grade. Thanks! Found out it was a Veterans Day thing. That's cool - I was in the 101st Airborne. Did some shopping & got a new shirt. It appears HD is vanity-sizing men's clothes nowadays, as my new shirt is a size M. I'm 6', 220 lbs. Ain't nothing size M on me, but hey I'll take it!

Stopped in to use some gift cards and all three ladies were very helpful and friendly. You folks never have an issue with HD Gift cards. When I go to other dealerships, they can't seem to get them to work or won't even accept them. Nice having a shop close to come to. Appreciate all you guys for taking care of us.

Meticulously went over every detail before riding off.... wish I had more money to spend there....Awesome guy... traded my 2014 Breakout... got top dollar... when making the deal...I kept telling my bud there's gotta be a catch.... there wasn't... took an hour and a half to ride there in the frickin' cold but Jim made it worth it. Zero stars for the service department. Moved into the area and brought bike in for brake work. The front brake went limp as soon as I got home from being worked on by Conrad's (pulled lever all the way to grip with no braking effect at all) called them and got the whole "we can't get to it for a while" routine. Totally ridiculous that they acted like it wasn't their problem that they created!! Furthermore, I took it to someone else to fix their incompetence which took about 20 minutes to bleed brakes and discovered they used wrong brake fluid and master cylinder was almost

Broke down on the way to Sturgis. The shop normally closes at 7pm and the staff waited for the tow truck to deliver my motorcycle and had it fixed the next day so I could continue my ride. Love you guys! Beautiful dealership. Thanks.

I have walked into this dealer twice with a pre approved loan (40K) and this dealer can't close the deal. I'm surprised they are still in business. The sales staff is non existent and when you do find a salesman it's like talking to a high school drop out.

This is by far the best Harley dealership in Chicago that I am aware of. I've bought my last three bikes from them. I have never had a problem with the service department. Their parts folks are friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access from I-55. First class!

Love the bikes...hate the H-D. Why we are putting up with Harley's grossly overpriced merchandise, crappy warrantee and parts...I have no idea. The store doesn't get one star but the corporation does.

I've been trying to hold my tongue about Conrad's Harley Davidson but the more I think about it the more it's bothering me, I've been buying parts, clothes and getting services done there for years and was always happy to do it, 2 summers ago I traded in my 1999 ultra Classic in and bought a 2001 Road king from them for $9000.00 and I was thinking about getting back into another ultra classic so I went in and they had a ultra classic on the floor for $10,000 that I liked and brought my road king in for trade in, I'm a real minded person and I understand that my Road King

Service dept had no time to look at our sticky brake while we were on the road. Told us they were backed up 2 weeks and we could leave it. We were 70 miles from home!!!! We traveled down to the competitor in Tinley Park and while they serviced our Dynaglide, (they were backed up too, but made time for riders on the road) we fell in love with a beautiful Ultra Limited and bought it for cash on the spot. Could of been you, Conrad's! Do better!

So the truth finally comes out. Harley has a big problem with their ABS brake system. 2 year system brake fluid flush is not being done and Harley has a recall out. I brought my 2011 flhp in to your shop and Conrad's mechanics did not flush system and still charged me $100 and my ABS system went down while riding and I almost crashed.

Was in the market for my forever motorcycle went in to Conrad's, and was greeted by Al Sonner no pressure answered all my question before we even discussed buying a bike. When I felt comfortable, and only at the time I felt comfortable we did the test ride, finance, and any up grades I felt I needed. What a breath of fresh air to know it felt more like I had a salesperson to help me through the process instead of one trying to empty my pocket book, if you are in the market for a bike, or service go see Al he is truly an awesome guy! Went in today with my wheels to get new tires put on. In and out in 30 minutes. Top notch service! All the other dealers in the area should take notice of these guys efficient customer service skills. Thanks again!

Today I was only "window shopping", but everyone was friendly and courteous. The facility is clean and they have some pretty cool merchandise. It was a fun excursion for me, hopefully my wife will feel the same, lol.

Service guys at service desk do seem to be not that friendly but always helpful.
Cost for anything Harley is expensive no matter what dealership

The people at Conrad's HD make every visit to the store a great experience. The staff are pleasant and knowledgeable; each member is an expert in his area of expertise. The selection of product, from bikes to accessories, is exhaustive! If Conrad's does not have it in stock, they will acquire it for you. Their pricing is competitive and everybody knows about the discount room in the back of the visually pleasing dealership.

Waste my time on Friday because they are working shorter winter hours

Well. I gave Conrad's a try. Needed a part for the bike. Walked in front door. No one around. Not many bikes inside. Stood at the counter of the service department while the one guy behind the counter fought with an unhappy customer about a bad part. Never even acknowledged I was there. Waited at least 5 minutes. Then left. All I saw was some girls working by the clothing area. And 2 guys in the back working on bikes. It's back to Chi-town Harley for me. Much better place.

Bought a digital dipstick for my ultra in the fall,about the same time i bought a new streetglide.6 months later this 150 dollar dipstick doesn't work and im told by Toby that theres nothing they can do.Thats ok il never spend another penny in this place.

Do yourself a favor and go to Chi-town or Heritage
