Your Tour on 2, Inc. host and owner, Bill Gade, has been riding motorcycles for over 40 years. He took his first overnight motorcycle trip when he was 17 on a Bridgestone 175. He has been organizing guided motorcycle tours for many years and typically rides over 20,000 miles annually. A retired engineer, Bill uses his engineering discipline to insure that every detail is covered and you have the riding adventure of a lifetime.
Our guided and semi guided tours are very similar. While we stay at the same places along the way, the semi guided riders will ride at their own pace. The semi guided will not have a tour guide or a support vehicle following them. They will be able to have their luggage in the support vehicle so they do not have to pack their luggage on the bikes each day.
A: We will usually meet for breakfast around 8:00 AM and discuss the day's ride over breakfast. We briefly cover the route, riding conditions and group riding hand signals. A: We like to keep our days around 250 miles. We have found after many motorcycle tours we average about 30 MPH over the course of a day between "bio-breaks", gas stops and lunch.
Tour On 2, Inc. can arrange a package for your entire group that can include motorcycle transport. We have been working with Glen Sawyer, President, of Showbound Express for several years. We have been using Glen's transportation services because of his excellent handling of your motorcycles. When your bikes are with Showbound Express, there is nothing to worry about.
When you ride with Tour On 2, Inc. you can be assured that your safety is our primary concern. Our guides are selected because of their motorcycle safe riding ability when leading groups. All our guides are CPR and First Aid Certified and have been trained as first responders by Accident Scene Management.
