WALK-INS are welcome on a first come first serve basis. Appointments are available Mon-Thurs only. Fri- Sun appointments can be arranged for party of 4 or more, or individuals whom we couldn't accommodate due to our busy schedule; however as it is scheduled during our busy hours please give yourself some extra time just in case our staff runs behind.

The technicians have been good every time. HOWEVER.... The pamphlet that they give you has one price and then the price at the counter for checkout is higher. I even asked before saying yes to the package if what she was doing was included in the price. She said yes. So, as much as I like them I might not be going back. This isn't the first time this has happened either. The problem is I like the pedicure results. Anyway, if you chose to use them just know they will find a way to charge you more.

I really enjoy getting my nails done here. They have specialty pedicures and they let you sit and relax in your foot soak before starting. The lighting isn't too bright which creates a relaxing atmosphere. They even have a hello kitty pedicure chair for kids. I got a tropical spa pedicure today will gel polish.
I recently started getting dip nails and it lasts about 3 wks before my nail growth starts to irk me. I chose to have dip over my natural nails without extensions. It's a quick process and for those that haven't experienced dip, it's a layer of clear adhesion polish

I get eyelashes done here all the time and they usually last a month, but this time it's falling out after a week. Some of the clusters aren't even on my Lash line, and she rushed through them. I didn't expose my Lashes to oil or water. I'm very careful. This is not worth $40.

My is the best! The nail techs in general are all very nice and quick, but My is extremely helpful. She always helps me choose my colors, always gets the shape and the length of my nails the way I want them, and is just an extremely sweet and efficient person. I've been going to Nail Luv for years and never have a bad experience. Plus, they are very affordable. Highly recommend.

I started going here September 2020, the very first experience I had was with a young guy who snapped at me when I wanted a design. On multiple occasions I’ve had bumps and uneven polish. But today marks why I won’t come back. The manager who I believe is named Tom is very dismissive and rude. Yesterday for my birthday I went in for a fill with design and pedicure, spent $99. Not only was the design not what I asked for, the top coat was barely on and it left circle like marks around my nails. I arrived at 12:40 and left right before 2. I had birthday plans I was late for

I went in to get a regular pedicure. Towards the end the manicurist seemed annoyed and to be slightly rushing. When i was done i sat under the dryer for about 4-5 rounds. So approx 20-25 min, because i didn't want to accidently mess my nails up driving. When i got home i looked at my toes and they were ruined. Bubbly and smeared onto other toes. It now had been about an hour since i paid/ left the shop. I touched a couple nails and they were still completely wet. Nice atmosphere, I've been going since I was a kid. Large space, they're able to accommodate multiple people and have a wood plank they put between strangers having to sit next to you.
The polish on my toes came off 3 days later. For getting gel, I hope for the polish to stay on until my next pedicure..

I never really do reviews but I could not let this fly. I got my eyebrows done today and the lady who waxed them took off ALL MY EYEBROWS. She pretty much left me with two lines as eyebrows. I started bawling my eyes out in the salon because I could not believe what had happened. I had my glasses off so she could wax them so when she showed me I didn't get a good look but when I left I saw them and was shocked. At the counter I demanded a refund and the response of the lady who did them was "well when I showed you, you said it was okay. You should've said something in the room."

I've been coming here to Nail luv for quite a few years, until I started paying attention to how they really work...While having fills done I noticed the nail techs All of them watch the door to listen in on who wants high dollar services such mani& pedi or a group comes in and they finish your nails quickly then have the new client take your seat while they rush through your service after they've moved you VERY MOTIVATED ON MONEY & NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE & SATISFACTION..NEVER AGAIN

Went in for a color change on toes and a gel manicure. Toes turned out nice and clean. However, the gel manicure was not very clean. The surface of the dried manicure was bumpy, and edges weren't clean. The nail tech had to re-do two of my nails at the end. I thought that a gel-manicure would be pretty simple but I've yet to find a salon that can do that consistently.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rudest people ever. When I mentioned my nails were uneven, after getting a full set, she told me I was wrong. Every nail is a different size. After the nails were painted with gel she used the file and put a divot in my nail, left a sharp edge. Some nails or square some nails are rounded, when I mention that again I'm wrong. When I said I wasn't happy they refuse to do anything about it and said they would not give me a refund, too bad for me. Said they would remove them for $10 when I said I wanted them off. My fingers are killing me. Worst place

I'm sick of this place. I spend way too much money for the service I receive. They advertise themselves as a luxary style nail spa but they are anything but that. On 3 seperate occasions the gel polish I got done has peeled off my nails. Went back and got it done over and the same thing happened. They rush you in and out. The guy that did my pedi and mani did a terrible job.
Then when you tell them you don't like something they get an attitude. One time the nail tech left me sitting at the pedicure station for 30 minutes to go eat..she literally told me she was eating. I notice a huge diffrence

Rude! Why so rude? We walked in the door and he barks orders, sign in! Sit ! Pick color! Geez, lighten up . My mother is 89 years old ,I signed her in I wrote down under service that she wanted a gel polish. This is not something she does often because she can't afford it. When we went to check out it was $25 and a gel polish is only $13. When I asked about the price he barked at me that she got a gel manicure. I went in a group of six. All of us were getting pedicures and three were getting manicures. The lady that did my pedicure didn't have a name tag and they were all speaking in their language about the news on the TV behind me. There wasn't very good communication. She didn't really get all of the dead skin off of my feet, and the polish didn't dry very well. I'm allergic to lavender scented things, and the only lotion they had was lavender, so I went without. The owner did make sure to have six technicians ready when we got their. and the service was quick. It was an alright

I was in the area and didn't have a lot of time to spare -- just enough for a quick pedicure. So I decided to give this place a shot since it was literally next door to where I was having breakfast. It's a solid 2-3 star experience, though I went with 2 for a variety of reasons. As some of the other reviews mentioned, it comes off a bit like a chop shop for nails. Because i live in the area, this place is convenient and that's all. I mean, their prices are okay, and they do one heck of a pedicure, but thats about it. Nothing too much to really boast about.

3 stars given because my gel pedicure actually came out great, however the customer service left a lot to be desired. Didn't feel to welcomed. Almost felt like a hinderance. I've been here before a while back and got great service. Even when I got my eyebrows done I felt as if I was a inconvenience. Sucks because the work is good, but the lack of customer service left me feeling like I just kinda gave $50 away for a brush stroke or 2 out of a $7 bottle of polish.
Maybe all the dead meat still on my heel that I'm leaving with is like some sort of bonus or something?!?

The technician who did my nails used an excessive amount of acrylic, which caused an excessive amount of drilling and filing that has now caused my nails to ache and are sore.
I asked the technician to fix the two nails that were crooked as well as not make the nails so thick. She argued with me and kept making excuses telling me that they were not crooked and that the nails needed to be thick so they do not break.
