I love Mrs. Jenny my family has been going to her for years. The building is beautiful and the establishment is awesome, however lately it's been a problem when I call to reschedule my appointment. I make my appointments far enough out that I can preschedule the time from work if need be due to me having a demanding job and the lady that answers the phone always has an issue with it. I've only done it twice but my previous appointment was 19 days away that's more than enough time for that slot to be filled if someone needed it. Other than that situation I have never had any issues. I'm gonna assume

Very surprised by the service I got today. I have been going to Elite nails for years. My nails always looked amazing before. But today, I'm pretty upset. First, I had an appointment and had to wait 45 minutes. The fake nails that they put on weren't wide enough. And it looks like my nails have been growing out for a week. It cost $52. I would have recommended this place to anyone maybe 10 years ago. But not anymore.

My daughter and I were in today for pedicures and she had a gel manicure and I had my acrylics filled and get polished. Our pedicures were amazing our techs took their time and I can honestly say I have never had a more thorough basic pedicure, so relaxing. I am leaving for a vacation in a few days and wanted something special on my nails for my trip so I went in with a picture I found on Pinterest and what I got was so much better. I am beyond thrilled with my experience here. Thank you ladies for a wonderful day!!

So at first I was nervous because it didn't seem that the women working were very inviting, BUT Vincent changed ALL of that! I'm pretty simple and basic when it comes to my nails so PLEASE don't go off of the lack of color and design. He was gentle and did my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them. I think I stunned him when I said I didn't want ANY polish, not even a top coat, but I was more focused on how he was going to do my nails since this was my first time. He cleaned my cuticle line and even made sure to remove excess acrylic from under my nails. He was considerate and personable. Will DEFINITELY
