POOR CAR WASH!
I went there 1:40 Pm, on the fourth July. The car wash, we’re supposed to close 2 o’clock. Everybody we’re there working still like fine.
So, i stop my car, and just ask a quick question to the attendant, about the wash prices, to make sure, before they start to work in my car, and the owner he start saying, VERY LOUD, let’s go, lets go.. i gotta go home, come on man. And I was talking still with the attendant, and he went inside my car before i decide, and start to drive pretty faster my car, and start vacuum my car like crazy.
VERY BAD customer service experience!

It's more expensive than most car washes, but it's worth it for the excellent job they do. The least expensive wash is the Wheel Deal which includes an interior vacuum, an automated exterior wash, and a hand dry and detail including all interior and exterior glass, seats and other interior surfaces. It may not match those $150 detailing, but for $35, I'm happy to pay it.

Very disappointed in this place. Have been coming here for a while. Although it's not been the greatest, it has seriously went further downhill. The inside was maybe grazed over with a cloth, but I'm not even sure they did that. Had to go home and clean everything myself. Maybe they thought they only needed to wipe the outside??? Weird being that I paid for full service! Not going back. There's another car wash on L Street...Autopia or something. Waaay better. Will take my business there....where they actually care to do a good job cleaning my car.

It was not Splashes carwash I am directing this towards but the gas station they do business out of. The workers are rude and do not even accommodate you. I lost my card and I was trying to use my PayPal app to pay. The supposed manager, who was this older Latin woman, has not seen the new contactless features for payments and refused to listen to a word from me. I ended up getting charged extra on my account because I turned in the rental with 1/4 a tank. GEE THANKS FOR THE TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

After paying over $35 for a car wash and tipping $5, I expected a better quality product. The car was cleaned but a number of little things were not taken care of.. like wiping the roof and dressing the running boards of my Jeep. They did partial but not all of it. It seems that there is not anyone checking the quality of the washes before being released to the customers.

Save your time and money. I came at 4:30p and these guys rushed my car so they could go home. Vacuum was terrible, interior was terrible, Jasmine scent was the only thing nice about this experience. Waste of money!!!! They offered for me to come back so they could vacuum but why would I when I had to get a rag and spray it and clean the car myself. No thanks!

Funny how this place can have you in their store, can wash your car, can have their employees working in your car but have their restrooms closed "because the manager wants them to be closed".
California requires service stations that started operating on or after January 1, 1990 and are located within 660 feet of major highways to have clean and sanitary public restrooms.

I haven't taken my cars to Splashes since late last year, 2019. I usually go to a drive through these days.
But today the drive through was closed so I thought I'll go to Splashes.
Use to go once every couple months , pre- COVID 19 and took all the cars in my family .. rotating them.
First STICKER SHOCK ... the cheapest wash was $29.99 ... Wheel Deal.
Second, they charged an extra $3 for "oversize" ... its an SUV.
With the lowest fee plus a tip, this was almost $40. Yikes.
Maybe once a year from now on.

The outside of the car looked great. The detailing inside left a lot to be desired, especially considering the $59.99 price tag. I'll take an armor all wipe to it when I get home.
It was done a lot quicker than I thought it would be, and it didn't take any time to get served.
That being said, I'll wash it myself next time and save sixty bucks.

Terrible job. By the time we went inside the store to pay and get some change for the tip (5 minutes maximum), they have finished everything and car was in the place to hand wipe. We had so much dirt remained all over the car. specially inside the car. There are a bunch of workers, and for one car a couple of people work together and they showed a very rush to finish the job. When we requested to clean more one worker told "you don't get anything better for $20". We paid $39 for full service. It was just a waste of money. This was our first time and will never go back to this place.

RACIST owner! TERRIBLE customer service! We got yelled by the owner multiple times because, according to him, he wanted to close his business in 20 mins, but we truly believe the real reason is because we are people of color. There is no other explanation to the fact that we started getting yelled at by the owner the minute we pulled up the car in this business. We politely asked him not to yell at us, and he kept going. He got into our car without our permission (in the middle of a pandemic), aggressively drove it to the workers to get it cleaned, slammed the door, and nearly scratched our Audi

Car was literally dirtier when they finished "cleaning" it. Asked for a refund, owner refused saying "I don't do refunds" of course you don't, you'd be out of business in a week. After I complained that the windows were grimy and all the recessed areas on the outside had not been touched, the owner took a rag out and began failing to clean the recessed parts of the exterior, tweaked on that until he scratched off a big chunk of my custom paint. Offered me a free car wash coupon, which I will not be using. Got in the car, windows still grimy, interior now smells

Took my new car there yesterday.. they did a fairly thorough job. The car looks nice n shiny again! But I only went there because they advertise themselves as a "hand car wash". I saw wash ribbons, but by then it was to late. Any one know if this is a true hand car wash.? I know that term is thrown around a lot. Anyway, they did a good job. I just typically avoid these types of washes.

Just took my car here today and was super happy with how it came out! They took a long time but their attention to detail was very good, paid for the hand wax and wash. I was excited to have found a new car wash spot until I realized there are two scratches in my hood, my car is practically brand new and in otherwise immaculate condition. Knowing there are two scratches (DEEP ones that cannot be buffed, even the metal is scraped off) on the hood is going to haunt me. I understand there is a risk taking your car to any wash, but I didn't expect damage of this nature. Will be telling everyone

This car wash has gone down in quality and they've raised their prices. I can't really justify such a high price when the inside isn't properly clean. I will say the outside is done well, but the vacuuming as wiping down doesn't even seem to be done.
I've stopped coming here now, I used to be here every 2 months. I want to support the workers but not if we're getting ripped off while trusting our cars to be cleaned properly.

Happy on my first try. Just finished a cross-country driving trip and back. Never gotten my car detailed as I usually just do quick wash at machine washers. Decided this was a bigger job today. The process was easy and the results were good. Start to finish took about 20 minutes. Well worth it the cost (I got the Special which was $33.99. Even the tires at shiny.
