What has happened to this car wash!? A couple of years ago when this place first opened we bought TWO car wash cards, which gave us 5 "ultimate" washes per month, per card. To do this we agreed to have a monthly automatic payment deduction of $30 a month per card come out of our bank account, so $60 dollars per month total.
Without warning, and without notice, we noticed last month that they started taking out of our bank account $35.00 a month for a total of $70.00! What sort of business practice is this? They raise prices but apparently don&apos

The location at River Rd & Orange Grove needs some better adjust equipment. I have unlimited car washes, so my experiences are based on more than 4 yrs and hundreds of visits.
Anyway, the left side of my car never gets clean because the washing brushes need adjusting. The air drying blowers also need adjusting, but an upgrade would be the best option. My car never comes out even semi dry. The right side is always super wet, but the left side isn't any better really.
The location at Grant & Wilmot by Costco is super good, everything works well and my car always comes out looking great.

I got stuck in the car wash.. not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES. I decided to go back around for a second wash since the car was splattered with soap all over. Even after the second time, soap streaks were still on my car. Not to mention, your cashier was maskless and had the sniffles and doesnt know how to social distance. Horrible. $18 for something an 8 year old could do.

Asked for the number one/top of line wash. Received the #2. Went back through, got what we asked for... and there were STILL patches of the car that were not even vaguely clean. After the third run through the car is STILL visibly dirty. My wife and I left, spent more money on cleaning supplies, and did it ourselves.
Used to love this place, truly, but the level of effort by the young folks on the scrub brushes was utterly sad. Not going back

I'm new to Reno, so I called around to find out about local car washes. First of all, Surf Thru was the most polite and helpful on the phone. The price is right, so I went to get a car wash. The friendly service continued when I got on site. They were so helpful with guiding through the car wash. The car wash itself was great - my car came out clean. And the vaccums were great quality.
I highly recommend this Surf Thru location.

Beware this car wash is awful! I drove through 2 Saturday's ago with my 4 year old daughter and it broke down in the middle of the wash ! We were stuck in there for about 30 mins and my little girl was terrified ! In my 30 years of driving I have never been stuck in a car wash ! So when they let us out they said come back and get a refund so when I did just today they said oh you don't have a receipt so how do I know you aren't making this up ?? Who would make up something like that ? I got very mad and have called the manager in hopes he will refund my money ! Don't use this

It is really classy when you have your 2 people washing the car go into the parking lot to make a drug deal at your job. Wow really??? Some guy pulls up on a motorcycle here for a bit into a white Toyota 4 Runner then bounces. Yeah really obvious. Doesn't this place watch there employees. Especially the one that says supervisor. This place has really gone down hill since opening. Also not only that but one of the arms that washes the car breaks off during a wash and almost hits my Mercedes Benz.

They sell a card for $30 per month that allows you 5 washes a month. My husband and I each have a car. We often forget to take the card with us and missed several car washes because we didn't have the card. So we took a picture on our phone of the car wash card in order to always have it on us.

This is the second time I've given this particular location a chance. It's more convenient for me to go to this location because of work, but I will not be returning. On my first visit, the vending machine that sells towels etc. took my $5 without dispensing any product. There was nobody on location to help or refund me. The second visit, I literally was stuck in the middle of the car wash for almost five minutes because someone in the back was stuck and the rollers stopped. I used to frequent this location since they opened. I've taken all of my vehicles that I've had throughout the years and always loved it. About 2 weeks ago, the machines ripped off and shattered my Jeeps ventshade that came with the vehicle. Caused a dent. They gave me the go around for over a week and then said they will not take the blame because the machines were functioning properly that day and because I already had a chip in the paint with rust. I like to go to this Surf Thru Car Wash. it is in an excellent location near the on and off ramp for Hwy 395/Interstate 580. The staff is super nice and helpful. They have self vacuums after you get your car wash. Having a pass, it includes unlimited washes and you get some additional items, such as, bag for any trash, air freshener and a "towel" to wipe down the inside of your vehicle. Sometimes the was doesn't get all the dirt spots on the car and I did notice with the black paint job I have on my vehicle it leaves rings or circles on it.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR VEHICLE AFTER! There were long swipe scratches on my new Red car from the SURFS THRU EQUIPMENT. Please comment/contact me if anything shows up on your vehicle as at this moment I have been called a liar by the Area Manager after he 'reviewed film'. Usually am ok with this place, but I asked the attendants to not manually push mirrors in. Then at last second they slammed them closed. When I opened them back up, both mirrors were out of adjustment! They need to listen to the vehicle owners! Sad. UPDATE. Went back, asked not to close my mirrors. Yet again they insisted. Car was damaged my wheels, unfortunately this happened and the manager called me and said that 10,000 cars run through the wash every month and that this happened to only my car, this is absolutely a lie. I felt my car wheel turning towards the right side past the fire extinguisher and it scraped it. I spoke two of the car wash attendants and they agreed that that side of the wash has a break in the tracks. Also they said few weeks ago they had someone weld the track.
It's a shame, I've gone through this was many times without issues but the last two times it scraped my wheel both times

I've been through this wash multiple times before with my Thule bike rack on the back but apparently it's not allowed so as I am about to go through the wash they make me exit cause I have to take it off. What they should've done if they had good customer service was to let me aware of the new implemented rule and let me go through as I had done multiple times before and then make it clear no bikes racks going forward.

12/30/19 at 12:39 pm - I order the $14.00 car wash. Pulled up to find to young men one guiding your car on the tracks and the other talking, both laughing, the guy with glasses and dark hair goofing off spraying the car for a second and spraying his co-worker. I tapped on the window to point to the wind shield. He gave it a 5 second spray and went back to goofing off.
I tried to call but no answer...I left a message. These two need direct supervision. Needless to say my car was not clean as prescribed on the menu. I went back around for a another wash. The two employees were Still goofing

Took my car to wash and detail here. This is what they did to my tire. I found the damage less than 2 minutes after going through the car wash and immediately informed the manager on duty. I spent the next 5 days being bounced around being fed lie after lie and finally told that they will not be fixing my tire or reimbursing me for my tire. They insist that I had caused the damage which makes no sense as the rim is still in perfect condition and not damaged in any way. I will never be going back here and will strongly discourage any one that I know to stay far away from there.

If you live in South Reno, this is a great place to get your vehicle washed. I've been here multiple times and the car/truck always gets a pretty good clean from those drive thru brushes.
The staff is pleasant and it never takes long to get through the wash and get it cleaned. They also have an express entrance for members which will get you through even quicker.
After the wash, pull in and vacuum the interior with plenty of spaces and a vacuum on each side of the space for convenience.

Fabulous car wash, open early, I came by at 7:20 AM, not like many around the area. First time monthly customers get $15 top tier unlimited car wash, perfect for Uber/Lyft drivers or those that are sticklers for how their car looks, like the way I have become.
Free vacuuming under covered area is a plus, especially in the hot looming sun, along with car mat wash and pressured air to clean out the crevices. Bring your own supplies to finish the job correctly. They have a small supply of extra materials, some are free with Membership like dash wipe and vent scents like vanilla, etc.

$30 a month for 5 washes split between 2 vehicles and no matter how many times they rewash our vehicle, this time twice, it doesn’t come clean. Rims look horrid, splattered bugs and water spots galore.
Both the cars behind us were also there for a rewash because their vehicles weren’t truly clean.
