PLEASE DDDDDOOOONNNNTTTTT COME HERE!!! Every time I come here there's a problem. This time was unacceptable- scratches and marks all over one of my BRAND NEW WHITE Tesla seats. I said those weren't there before and that my car is brand new... and best of all, the manager could CARE LESS! Said speak to the owner who wasn't even there. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere people! You'll be happy that you did. You shouldn't have to take detailed pictures of your entire car before hand. You should be able to TRUST the place to do a good job.....

Horrendous experience.. I paid $36 and when I went in to speak with the lady and show her a video of one of the machines that wasn’t even working, she was ironically on the phone with the owner who declined to give me a small refund. If it wasn’t for the workers who agreed the wash sucks and did a great job hand washing to make up for it, I don’t know what I would have done. I tipped them well and will never go back.

Each time I've gone to Lafayette car wash it's gotten progressively worse. The customer service is terrible, people don't care at all. Of the five people that touched by car as well as the cashier. They were all awful. T cars don't come out clean. I had to ask to have my cup holder clean and they didn't clean my dash even Enron though I paid for it. It isn't worth the $40.

Very rough on vehicles.
- Broke off my rear view mirror while wiping down the inside
-cracked rear windshield somehow
- damaged the daylight/ rain sensor on the car so now I get intermittent alerts that the sensor is not working
The management was not helpful and said I should have gotten a hand wash for the car if I was concerned about damage.

It's a shame that this business has really lost everything that made it a great car wash.
I need coming as long as the business had bees here.
Service is terrible. None of the managers care about the car or clients just charging and getting as many car they can. Not service. $38 to wash a car and it takes 1.25 hours to get the car clean.
Used to be a great business but after the owners son took, in indifference not is wide spread.
I keep coming hoping for different results.

Unfortunately its not good. I had had high hopes after speaking with Benny, so I dropped $150+ Tip (yes tip even though this is the work I got)..... I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I spoke with Benny just after picking the car up and explained the windows were dirty as if no one even wiped them dry. Benny offered a free car wash but after spending this much on an interior detail (Shampoo of seats and carpets) and the white rag is after I "touched" up Lafayette's Car Wash work on the dash only, I'm not optimistic. I made sure to picture my receipt so theres no doubt

Paid for the best wash and carpet shampooed. Got in the car and it doesn't look like they even wiped anything down like they said they would. When I stated there were smudges all over the car and it didn't look like it had been touched the lady argued with me that I just paid for the carpet. And told me it was wiped down... I specifically asked to have my seats wiped down. Annoying to pay $70 dollars and basically leave with all soaking wet floor mats and dirty seats. I'm not trying to be super picky here but there are still crumbs and dirt on the back seat. Just curious what their

Some people are too much!! I have never seen so many Mercedes, BMW’s, Audi’s at a carwash, and not one person tips. I am so embarrassed for all of you who think it's beyond you to give a little for wiping your car and wiping your little spots that you have them wipe to for you, because it wasn't good enough. These are hard-working people cleaning your car.

Paid for the Full detail: inside and out, but for the amount of $$$ spent they could’ve done a way better job. Found several patches of missed dirt on my dashboard and trunk area. Outside they missed a lot of spots and didn’t even looked like they tried hard to get into the wheels. I could’ve don’t this same job in my driveway. I’ll just do it myself from now on and get better service. I pointed out a few spots and the guys just seemed aggravated that I noticed and didn’t want to fix my issue. Not recommended.

I'm a single women no kids so my car is fairly clean just maybe some residue or dust and a mt dew spill on my cup holder. I got the 39.99 "Best deal Package" the most expensive one and the inside looks the same as when I brought it in. I even lifted up my all weather mats so they can throughly vacuum my dogs hair.
Maybe I should've read reviews but it was my first time going there and only the outside looks clean

The tar from the road repairs got all over my exterior. In less than 24 hours, (just one day in the shop) it came back brilliantly new looking, showroom floor. Plus the interior was like new as well. Oh ... and I made money (kind of), the cash that had falling in the seat cracks was placed in my cup tray. Not unexpected for a local business of such high quality. How about this, that was expected because of who they are. Everytime we have come here we have an excellent experience. This job was tough so it is worth writing about.

They lost the key fob! Sadly I made the mistake of tipping them before I verified I could start the car. Don't make that mistake! While they were looking for it I pulled everything out of center consul messing up the car after I paid 40 buck to clean it. Aside from this they seem to do an adequate job at cleaning but it's nice to be able to start your car and leave when they're finished.

I really enjoyed the detail they gave to my Pilot at the end. They really got into the car and making sure it was detailed good. Looks like though if you don't get there early you will be waiting for a good while.
I was around the 7th car on a Saturday morning and I still had to wait 30-40 minutes. I wasn't in a rush but from what I saw some customers getting irritated on the time wait.
Overall great detailing.

I bought the highest package and this is the work that they did. Even after 3 people went back in to clean it turn out the same way I brought it. The dirt that you see is the same dirt that was there when I brought the vehicle. They car wasn't filthy. They just do a piss poor job here. Perhaps it's because I don't have a luxury vehicle or idk what it is but I'm highly disappointed with their work here. I'd never ever come here and will tell my people in ther area about their poor job as well. Just horrible.

Lafayette Car wash is giant rip off. Paid for $39 package which claims to condition and clean leather seats and floor mat detail amongst many other claims.
-Car was minimally vacuumed.
-Sand and dirt still visible and able to wipe off all the seats.
-Didn't vacuum under seats, cup holders still dirty, dirty handprints from staff, everything was still dirty.
I went back and complained. They re did it and it was just one step up. I went home and spent 40 minutes cleaning my seats, still getting sand off of the back seat, having to basically detail the entire car. The floorboards hadn&apos

I decided to stop here on my way back to Oakland. I paid $35 for an ultimate wash. They did a very nice job. I basked in shade beneath the canopy while they detailed my car. I decided to spend the extra $5 to have them wipe the dashboard and interior and dress the tires.
I think the prices on the outside menu are different than the one I saw at the cash register inside. Make sure to check. I found a cheaper deal for the ultimate package inside.
The wait wasn't too bad. It took about 30 minutes. My looked brand new and no damage was done to my vehicle. It was vacuumed out nicely.
