We recently purchased a house under extremely tight time constraints due to a family emergency. It was a highly stressful time as we were moving from out of state, switching jobs, and dealing with family issues.
Jennifer Cloud was an amazing asset that single handedly made this purchase possible. She was extremely knowledgeable, easily accessible, and truly professional. No matter the time or day of the week, Jennifer responded to texts and emails within minutes/hours; always on the same day. Documents were processed immediately. Communication was expedient.

After deciding to move to the Dallas area and before speaking to anyone, we didn't think buying a house to move into was in our timeline, which was around a month. Well we did it! Not only am I a first time home buyer but I also bought a house during Covid and the market has been crazy. Jennifer made this process so much easier.
