My parents have been coming here for their dental work for years. Today was my first visit with them and my first dental cleaning since the Pandemic. It was such a smooth process making my appointment, filling out the paperwork and checking in. I typically don’t enjoy dental cleanings but was long overdue and they were so great!!! Amazing staff, very friendly. I will be back for more work, another cleaning and a teeth whitening. Thank you for the great service and super clean environment.

Dr. McKay is great. I was in desperate need for a root canal about a year ago, he and his assistants really took care of me. Everything went smoothly.
So, why 2 stars?
The office manager. I have never had such a bizarre experience at the dentist. Nothing happened the first day I went to get a mold for my crown, it was the day I actually had my root canal performed.
Dr. Mckay was a just a few minutes away from getting started. I had to be injected multiple times in order for my gums and nerves to numb. After already being injected, lying in the dental chair with the saliva hose resting in

Best staff ever! Best experience ever! I was eating solid foods again within days after getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled (September 2020). Exceptional work from a highly talented surgeon. Very knowledgeable and helped ease my nerves by answering every question I had with confidence. Love this place, and I no longer fear going to the dentist because of them :)

It took me a long time to find a good dentist. I am so happy with Dr McKay & his team, they are professional, skilled and have made me feel comfortable regardless of the type of service- cleaning, filling, etc. You never know when you go to a dentist if they are going to be good or not. I’m telling you, the team @Dr McKay’s office will take excellent care of you & your teeth (and gums!).

I have been coming here for almost my whole life. Janet has been cleaning my teeth for over 20 years now! The staff here is always so great and welcoming. I truly have grown with this place and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. Dr. McKay and Dr. Grossman (pre-retirement) have been taking care of me through cleanings, teeth extractions, and the occasional filling. The hygienists and doctors are always so friendly and professional, they’re basically family. Deciding to come here is an awesome choice!

My friend and dentist of 48 years, persuaded by the mystery of the Covid-19 pandemic, decided it was time to retire. This predicament left me unprepared and out of my comfort zone until my wife read some excellent reviews about Dr. McKay. When you walk in to his waiting room it appears you have entered the boarding area for a journey into outer-space. The modern methodical design of the dental office with efficiency in workflow and with state-of-the art equipment is impressive. First time appointment to Dr. McKay because my dentist retired. I had a bad tooth that had to come out. Dr. McKay examined my tooth and very clearly told me of the procedure to remove it and rebuild the loss bone in my jaw. I was apprehensive when I returned to have the procedure. I must tell you, everything went so smoothly. the Doctor and his assistants were just great, no pain, keeping me informed during the procedure and doing such a great job. the cleanliness of the office, the sincere friendless of the total staff and Dr. McKay's professionalism with such concern for his patients

Dr. McCay is very gentle, explains step by step in doing a procedure. I had issues with a tooth implant and my tissue and bones did not adhere to implant. The entire procedure was redone of course at no charge. This is quite a long process but now all seems to be good with second go around.
Love all the staff and they have all been kind and sympathetic during my personal family heartaches.

Spending many tens of thousands of dollars and many, many, repeated visits to his office, I finally got my implant supported dentures from Dr. McKay, PARTIALLY supported, anyway. Attachment of the upper denture to the four implants designed for it went well.
However, after my many, many return visits and his attempts, Dr. McKay was unable to attach the four bottom implants to the plate. At my expense, I ordered yet another bottom plate. Still he could not attach them. So HE decided WE would

Dr Grossman and Dr McKay have been taking great care of my teeth for a few years now.
Hygienist staff is amazing, front office is sweet and super helpful. Office is clean and cared for.
They believe in preserving as much of the natural tooth as possible, and not doing unnecessary frivolous procedures.

My entire family use to come to Dr. McKay for YEARS when he use to practice in a tiny office in Glendale and followed him as he moved. As our family dentist, we expected him to treat us honestly and fairly but have suffered as a result of his greed.
There seemed to always be work that needed to be done on our teeth and he was constantly drilling in our mouths and billing our insurance companies who could never pay the entire balance & resulted in fees almost every time. It started seeming suspicious when this happened every single time we visited although he always made us feel confident

Dr. McKay and his team consistently provide an excellent level of dental care in a way that is easy and approachable. From appointment reminders to insurance changes to scheduling follow up visits, they make a normally cumbersome process smooth.
I've had great conversations with many of the folks in the office and feel welcome every time I'm there.

Amazing staff !!! Fair pricing and great Services. What can you ask more from a dentist ? My family and I been coming here for few years now ( been so long, I don't remember the exact amount of years ) and were even in the older location off Central. Even though he's not in my city, we're always going to the Glendale location especially since he moved to this beautiful new Buiding.
Very thankful to have such a great dentist taking care of us ... MUST GO !!!

Dr. McKay and his staff are truly exceptional. I found out about his office through a Facebook Mommy page for my neighborhood, and saw that his office was recommended and liked by many local moms. So I got an appointment for my husband and I since it's been a few years since we've had a dental cleaning/check-up.
First, his staff are the nicest and most welcoming people who work in the business. The second you walk in, everyone behind the desk looks up at you (even when they're on the phone) and smiles. Second, his office is easy to find, has lots of parking, is impeccably clean

We are coming all the way from Downey and our experience with this facility is worth the drive. This is an upscale experience. I feel like I am with family and very relaxed whenever Im getting any work done..
