I'm still in my healing process with tension and head pain. I've being going through this for about two months now and came across Joseph's practice. Not everything always goes away instantly some things take a bit more time like my situation. But participating in the healing practice that Joseph does did help a ton with my anxiety issues and helped with having a more positive mindset. Taking these healing exercises are a great way to strengthen yourself and release any tension you might be holding onto.

Prior to calling Joe I was in a hopeless place trying to figure out how to heal my longstanding insomnia, fatigue, and depression. When we spoke over the phone before setting up my appointment I already knew he was a gifted healer. He is extremely intuitive in knowing what the root issues are, he's got great energy and gave me a sense of hope that I will be on my way to healing. After my first in person session I was blown away by how much better I felt. I no longer had brain fog, I felt a sense of deep inner peace and had much more energy. I would highly recommend him!

Like many people i admit i was a bit skeptical about the power of healing someones physical pain merely by touch. I can't speak for others and it may not work for everyone all the time. However i can say it did work for me one time when i really needed some relief in my lower back.
I had thrown out my back from golfing one day and Joe offered to help me. i was in enough pain therefore open to any form of treatment at this point. He asked me to show him where the pain existed then began rubbing his hands together (to generate heat/energy?) before applying them directly to the general area
