Certified or Cashier's check payable to Watson Title Services, Inc. for the amount due at closing (contact your closing coordinator if you wish to wire your closing amount to our escrow account).

Watson Title Services really knows what they are doing and what to do when there are glitches! I have purchased three homes and refinanced five times, and in all of my experiences this was hands down the worst. This is the Worst Title Company Ever. They did not answer the phone or return calls. Both my realtor and my mortgage lender were shocked at how unprofessional and shoddy their work was. When they sent the paperwork over to be signed they provided no notary whatsoever, causing me to have to spend an hour and a half with the notary at my bank as we sorted through 140 pages of documents with no instructions, including documents that did not even apply to the property I was buying

Contract was agreed upon with Buyer obtaining a new FHA Mortgage and a new Survey and Melanie together with the Watson Title Team Closed the Transaction within 22 Days!!! I have dealt with numerous Title Professionals during my over 35 years in the Real Estate Business and find Watson Title to be the Most Professional and most reasonable in their charges too! I highly recommend Watson Title!!

Our realtor used this closing company and we had a horrible issue in getting them to answer the phone. The original closer went on vacation and did not tell us so we were thrown into the hands of another closer at the last minute. And to top it off I could not get them to send me copies of the closing documents. It was a mail away and the only way I could get the documents was to call for the top man of the company and request them. I would not recommend this Title company to anyone.
