We obtain a title search and examine the legal status of your property. Next, we prepare a title commitment that states the legal owner of the property and lists any outstanding liens, encumbrances, or any defects which might affect the title of the property.
To assist you in the successful purchase of your home, we've prepared a few handy tips to help get you to the settlement table with no surprises. All parties, our office, realtors and the lenders involved, need certain documents and other information from both the buyer and the seller to move the closing/settlement process along.
At Beaches Title Services we take pride in providing our clients with the best service possible. We aim to make every project proceed as smoothly as possible for all parties concerned. I was on a tight schedule for closing along with it being 2 days after Christmas I knew it would be difficult staying on schedule. I shopped around and saw the excellent reviews for Beaches Title. I cannot begin to tell you how incredible this title company is. I worked with Jessica and she kept me informed and handled everything with the Lender promptly and professionally! I highly recommend Jessica and Reva from Beaches Title Services. Living out of state I needed a title company to complete a sale on a home for me. Reva promptly returned my initial phone call when I needed quick information, and spent fifteen minutes on the phone explaining how they could help. I called two other much larger companies at the same time and no one else gave me this prompt service. This was a great introduction to what has turned out to be a efficient, professional, and knowledgable team. I continued to work with Jessica and we closed on the sale after a month. I would use them again
