Our out of county orders sometime require additional processing time. This company was not smart enough to put the address of the property I just purchase and obtained the title for as the actual address of the property purchased, instead they put the address I was moving from, which was an apartment I did not own. This eventually cost me a lot of money in fines, penalties etc. Piss poor.

I have used Sunshine Title for several property closings. I have used them in closing my personal property, and I have used them a number of times to perform closings on behalf of my Commercial Real Estate clients. Sunshine Title does a professional job on residential and commercial property and land. They have a lot of knowledge and experience, and quickly corrected their closing statements as the industry shifted from using HUD-1 statements to using other forms.
