Since 1952, the Brust family has been serving families for four generations. Our business was founded 3 generations ago, just after World War 2. We offer services to honor a life that has been lived, and to comfort those who grieve. When our founder, Jack Brust, returned from serving in World War II, he married his Lombard sweetheart Anita.
When planning a service, you have many options available to you and we will do all that we can to provide a beautiful and respectful ceremony. No matter your choice, we can offer you a space to join with family and friends in grief, comfort and love. And above all, we will do our utmost to honor your loved one.

Funerals traditionally have been held at churches, synagogues, or at the funeral home, but that does not mean they cannot be held at some other location.

For years, the director of this funeral home, Victor Bruchan & his wife & staff provided excellent, empathetic service to the families of children from Marklund Children's Home, often with minimal charge from the State of Illinois. I knew of Mr Bruchan's kind and charitable heart through my experience with Marklund. When my father passed away in Florida, Mr Bruchan arranged a personalized service for our family. In 1991, my husband died suddenly and of course I told the hospital to call Villa Park Funeral Home. Mr Bruchan "Vic" came to my home to just give me a hug. Needless to say, my husband
